  • Pad work is one of the best training methods in karate, allows you to work on distance, timing, speed, precision and power.
    On last session we went through some of our drills, focus was on flowing combinations.

      We wear Gi, historically Kickboxing evolved from Karate in Japan.

      @@lesbubka is this straight karate or did u mix kickboxing in with this??it’s fantastic 💯❤️

      @@AyeJordan7 I never done Kickboxing, my karate started with Kyokushin offshoot, so combos like those are natural part of my training.thank you for kind words.
