She is such a cutie pie and yes, she might be different from other children, but she will be able to do anything she wants. Kudos to her parents! When I was 16 months old I had a reaction to the measles vaccination and paralyzed my entire left side. I'm not able to use my left hand/ arm, leg/ foot, I am blind in both eyes on the left sides, and I am partially deaf in the left ear. My parents put me into physical therapy and occupational therapy and they never treated me any different than my siblings or anyone else. Yes , I had to deal with adults and children look at me differently, I got bullied a lot, but my parents never gave up on me and I am a strong woman today because of my parents. My saying to get me through life is " If There's a Will, There's a Way. I didn't think that I could have a child of my own and surprisingly I was able to through a C-section and I figured out how to change a diaper with one hand and do everything with one hand as he was growing up. He will be 16 years old next month and he is the sweetest, most understanding, loving, strong teen. Yes, you might have to adjust some things and it won't be perfect for other people, but it will be her normal. Like I said" If there's a Will there's a Way " Never give up ! She has love and support from her family, she will be just fine. God Bless her family. I can tell that she's a little spitfire 😊. Sending my love to you and your family. I asked him would he love his children any less if something was wrong with them and his answer was No. I proved my point. ❤❤❤❤
What a sweet kiddo. She is obviously very determined and strong willed. Our oldest has three genetic conditions that we were unable to even get any signs of anything being amiss during pregnancy outside of not having a pretty severe case of HG. Then going into premature labor and an emergency c section at 28 weeks. It was during the c section that some of the condition became apparent though we weren’t given any DX until age 14 for the gasteroparesis, ehlers danlos was suspected from the age of a just shy of one year old but not confirmed due to inability to afford the geneticist due to not having one anywhere close to where we live as well as instance won’t cover the genetic testing to find out which if the 12 subtypes of EDS she has though we are able to know that she does have one of the three most severe forms due to the damage to all of the internal organs/the heart/lung involvement with recent DX of POTS as well as connective tissue damage throughout her body on the scans. We are trying to finally find a geneticist currently who will take her insurance as well as trying to get into a gastro to have the GJ tube placed finally as after all these years being able to keep weight stable and bloodwork looking good, now there’s a struggle to keep the weight on as well as deficiencies that are showing up in the bloodwork now and you can 😢 good luck and keep up the good work. You have a great kid.

Please STOP the HATE and DISCRIMINATION ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much and bless you 🩷🩷

She's absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤
What a Beautiful Family. Maya is adorable, independent in spirit as well as a true fighter. Wishing them lots of love and support from everyone. These people have strength that a lot of people cannot comprehend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌟🌟🌟❤️🌟
She’s very mobile and will be independent when she grows up. There’s a number of people on TH-cam that are adults that have the same condition and cope fine as adults. Sorry you get such awful comments. You did the right thing. She’s worth every breath she takes.
Amaya is perfect and exactly like she is meant to be. Thank you for sharing her with us.😊
Such wonderful parents for such a beautiful little girl ☺️
Her parents seem very strong!!! She’s a cutie! 💕

Thank you so much!
She is absolutely adorable
Amaya is adorable!!! I'm glad she's got a supportive family and community to help her face adversity - especially in Ariah! I'm the eldest of 3, I understand that big sister role very well! :D Wishing you all the best with this last surgery and moving forward!
Thank you so much
So nice to see such loving supportive family.. and shame on the "systems" that charge them even a dollar for the medical care she needs. Pray they receive all the blessings and abundance possible.
Such a beautiful family. She’s going to grow up strong because of the love and support of her family and friends. She’s like any other child. She just has to go about things a bit different.
She's a beautiful baby a gift from God. She has a lot of abilities ❤💜
She's so beautiful. I really wish her the best ❤
She is so cute
She is cute as she can be!!! She looks fiercely independent as well!! For any person to say y’all are terrible parents for keeping her ~ are evil ~ so she should not have a chance at life because she doesn’t have legs???? 🤦🏽♀️ Blessings to you and your family 🙏🏽
Thank you!
Amaya is beautiful. Shame on anyone who says differently. When I was pregnant with my last child, the doctor was pushing for a fluid tap to make sure he was normal, I took my stance and said no. I asked him would he love his children any less if something was wrong with them and his answer was No. I proved my point. ❤❤❤❤
I am so happy she was born with them as her parents. Blessing 🥰😍😊
The world is cruel! Your baby us beautiful an angel from God.
May God continue to strengthen you as you care for your lovely Daughter.
Bless your heart! That has to be tough 😭 thank you for sharing and prayers for you all 🩷
What a beautiful family. Amazing parents and she is so capable already I can't believe people would say to end the pregnancy. I think they are all doing an amazing job and providing their little girl with everything she needs to be independent and capable despite her disability. Beautiful family. I know I said that already but that's the truth.
Aw she is beautiful! Im sorry that people have been negative. However, you know that you are doing a great job! In addition, she is happy . God bless you
She's so pretty, and God bless the whole family because they have so much love to offer, I think they are the best parents that this beautiful girl could ever have❤
