    Dear Joanna
    I wanna Thank you because of you and your videos, you inspired me to start on my fitness journey. After watching your workout videos and tips had change my life. I came from a family that loves to eat and because of that I gained a lot of weight for my age. which was not normal to other people, I lost confidence and self-esteem but when I started working out, I saw a lot of change in me. After a year, I weighted 75kg before I workout and Now I'm on 53kg which is so awesome! thanks to you. I became an inspiration to my family and to other people that there is a chance for fat people to lose weight. that they also start their fitness journey and I recommend them to watch your video.
    I agree that Green Tea Works. and its the top of my list. As for coffee, well I was worried because i love coffee and my friend said that coffee is not good for loosing weight as it helps you gained weight but thank you for clearing that up.
    I just love you and I'm very thankful that I found you and made you my inspiration

    I love to put sliced strawberries, and blueberries with mint leaves inside my water. Mint is very good for you, and it tastes amazing in the drink! Thanks for your video, I loved it💖

    I love flavouring my water with just lemon! Very simple - when I'm lazy to leave it to chill, I just squeeze some in my bottle and go!

    your tips is so amazing!^.^ for 5months, i drink lemon+tea without adding sugar everyday.. i make it into a 2L bottle and drink it in 1day.. finally,it really helped me too loss 12kgs weight and until now still on going with this tips.. thanks alot for your tips and thats why i believe every tips that u given..^.~d love from Sarawak~

    I love citrus fruits and pitted fruits like Peach, Plums, and Nectarines. I agree with you that buying the natural foods will not only let you stay in control, but also it's Way cheeper. I mean, what if you want to add additional fruit to your water after refilling it with just the water?
    Also, do you ever eat the fruits afterwards? Do you incorporate them into other meals?

    Joanna,I extremely love your channel! Thank you so much for helping me understand nutrition. I've been wondering about all the teenagers that watch your videos,and notice that some try your meal plans. I know and understand that as a teenager we can't have fewer than 1800 calories,so I get worried of those who do go below that. I know there's a video about teenagers in your channel,but I don't know how a day meal should look like for us. I would love to see a meal plan made specifically for teenagers who would like to lose,or maintain their weight. Lots of love😘

    I have tried eating healthy meal and exercising from your vidioe for 6 months my weight is more.i never gained weight like this before.     Joanna, I love your videos! I have been watching them for the past two years now and feel sooo much better about myself and I shed so much weight! I am back to the size I was when I graduated high school! So thank you so much for posting these videos and helping make the journey to a healthy lifestyle more approachable and not so scary! I did have a questions regarding what you said about the lemon juice drinks. I have a mild citrus allergy which is made worse by lemons (which sucks because I love lemon flavors). The way that I can usually drink lemon juice (like in lemonade) is by boiling the juice first to eliminate some of the citric acid. I was wondering. If I boil the lemon juice, would I loose any of those awesome nutrients? Or is there an alternative to the lemons that you would rather I try than boiling lemon juice?

    I love that polka dot glass. thanks for all your helpful videos! my stubborn boyfriend is finally listening to me about drinking more water. so i definitely needed this video today. i'm going shopping for a cool glass pitcher like yours and i'm getting him lots of fruits to experiment with. he was told drinking lemon water can cure his gout issue.

    Whey protein as a meal replacement? Shouldn't the focus be on whole foods?

      TenaciousPink86 Whey is useful if you wanna keep your muscle while loosing fat. Instead of taking biscuits or cereal bars etc. for after workout snack, you can drink whey! And she said "small meal replacement", so please, do not skip your lunch for whey of course!
      Also it helps your muscles after exercice. Don't really know how it works but I, and some of my friends are feeling better after drinking it, my muscles hurt less :)

    I enjoy making ginger tea straight from fresh cut ginger root and then add about 1-2 Limes juice = Moscow Mule style!!! ;)

    hey Joanna and subscribers I have a few questions, would really appreciate some advice.
    1) with lemon water, is it okay to use the concentrated bottles you buy from the shops ?
    2) with the green tea you buy from coles and woolworths in the little boxes are they just as good and do they work effectively even though its not really fresh i cant find anyone that sells it fresh where i live ( I've heard before that this can be a problem).
