    GEOMETRIC RHUBARB FRANGIPANE TART

    -Rhubarb 800 g (for the pattern & marmalade)
    For the Tart Dough
    195 g flour (1& ½ cups)
    25 g almond flour (3 Tablespoons & ½ tsp)
    50 g icing sugar (3 Tablespoons)
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of baking powder
    110 g butter
    1 Egg
    For the Almond Cream (Frangipane crème)
    60 g soft butter
    60 g sugar (4 Tablespoons)
    60 g almond flour (or almond meal - 6 & ½ Tablespoons)
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    1 egg
    20 g heavy cream (or milk)
    For the Rhubarb Marmalade
    200 g rhubarb (from leftovers after cutting for pattern)
    200 g strawberries
    70 g sugar
    For the Glaze
    80 ml Juice from rhubarb and strawberries marmalade (5 Tablespoons)
    1 Tablespoon agar powder (or gelatin)

    -Ravent 800 gr (desen ve marmelat için)
    Tart Hamuru için
    195 gr un (1 buçuk su bardağı)
    25 gr badem unu (3 yemek kaşığı & yarım çay kaşığı)
    50 gr pudra şekeri (3 yemek kaşığı)
    Bir tutam tuz
    Bir tutam kabartma tozu
    110 gr tereyağı
    1 yumurta
    Badem Kreması için (Frangipane crème)
    60 gr yumuşak tereyağı
    60 gr şeker (4 yemek kaşığı)
    60 gr badem unu ( 6 buçuk yemek kaşığı)
    1 yemek kaşığı mısır nişastası
    1 yumurta
    20 gr krema (veya süt)
    Ravent marmelatı
    için
    200 gr ravent (desen için kestikten sonra kalanlardan)
    200 gr çilek
    70 gr şeker
    Glazür için
    80 ml ravent ve çilek marmelatının suyu (5 yemek kaşığı)
    1 yemek kaşığı bitkisel jelatin tozu (veya jelatin)
