I just made 4 of these, as well as making the butter dough for the first time. My nieces birthday is tomorrow so I wanted to bring some langiappe' for the table. I made 3 normal strawberry ones with an orange marmalade glaze and one I baked maple bacon into with a chocolate drizzle. Talk about easy to do and they look fantastic! Ty Chef John!

We live in Florida, so we can often get fresh strawberries in December. Since that is the case, it's traditional for us to have fresh strawberry pie for Christmas dinner. Sooo yummy!
