Very informative video. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. For better sleep reduce stress, negative thoughts and overthinking. Keep life simple by avoiding negative social media, stop comparing your life with others and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind]. To relax and for better sleep sit on a chair or lie down especially before sleep, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath anywhere-anytime even if you wake up mid-night. Make this a daily habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

My sleep disorder started 2012 after my cancer operation, until now. Even the whole day I don't sleep, still I can't sleep quickly. Every 2 hours wake up.. I am sleepy in the wrong time. At night I'm not sleepy. I just get on with it. No medication.

For mainly Few months, my very own daily attack of sleep problems has ultimately gone. The sleeping therapy *4InsomniaCure. Com* that I put to use had saved me payments from obtaining medicine. Before all of these, I could simply acquire Three to four hours of excellent sleep. When I started applying the plan, I was able to obtain Seven straight hours of sleep. After 12 months of using it, my own sleep became much better and longer than I have gained in several years.. .

Curious that only touched upon display screen use operation as, eye-strain (Asthenopia, WHO ICD ) commonly exacerbated by sub-optimal screen ergonomics linked to Computer Vision Syndrome, Screen Fatigue including repetitive stress injuries (RSi's) have long gone unaddressed regardless, of eye-strain, CVS etc, now classified as an age diverse Global Pandemic although, the methodologies for adapting, customising or optimising screen ergonomics has been known or should have been known since the mid-90's. Bizarrely, in the UK this subject has been avoided by health & safety agencies and employers even though the debilitating symptoms account for at least a 20% or 30 days loss in productivity let alone over-exposure contributing to sleep difficulties and daytime fatigue, increased errors, mishaps and potential safety critical omissions.

I never slept the way it is commonly intended, my sleep lasts 4 to 5 hours (it's regenerating though) and had this pattern since my parents brought me home after birth, actually a month later. I had been in an incubator for 41 days because I weighed just 1800 grams despite being born on term (my mom suffered from severe pre-eclampsia) and I had to reach 2500 grams to be dismissed.
Turned out it was the culprit

Considering that I began adult life, I couldn`t get enough rest. This *4InsomniaCure. Com* sleeping strategy has shown me great outcomes even on my very first Seven days of use. I’d never considered I can accomplish 8 hours of sleep again. This strategy is simply just impressive. It shows a few factors and also a cure for several cases of sleeping disorders. I`ve received loads of treatment programs out there.. .

Very good presentations... QQ>> Since sleep helps to remove amyloid plaque, does anyone know if there have been any studies to confirm a causal connection between caffeine and AD? The countries with the most coffee consumption (Finland, and the other slavic countries) also have the highest incidence of AD. The opposite also holds true: the countries with the lowest coffee consumption have the lowest incidence (china - and other countries that live long enough to have AD). The reason for this may .be that caffeine has a long half life of 6-8 hours so a cup of Starbucks venti (450 mg caffeine) will still leave about 100 mg of caffeine at sleep time reducing the effectiveness of sleep's amyloid cleanup.

Yeah, but a Starbucks cup is more diluted than the typical espresso. That's why they drink more

I had dreadful insomnia for 9 months, the only method I could sleep was by taking medications. Finally my physician recommended this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* . I was sleeping like a baby by week Five. People who have suffered from insomnia for quite a long time must also try this. My sleep was brought back on track!?

Please help to put me on the right path. Im 22, I have been avoiding watching this, I am afraid its just a matter of time when all options are lost and my tolerance for all meds is beyond. I CANT fall asleep without meds, it's been years. One day I got layer off and took a night job for 3 months and after that, 2 years ago... its been hell my record without ANY SLEEP is 17 days before I got a coenoacopy and used it as a excuse to sleep under the meds, I got sent home from my new day job and everything.

All that science and they didn't mention how highly effective 5 mg of Seroquel, 7 mg of mirtazipine or 3 mg of doxepin can be. Sometimes a lot less is more. And Trazodone does cause day-after grogginess.

I can not take it anymore!!!! I am sick of having to take pills to fall asleep!!!! I am sick of living this way.. Best these idiots do is blame people for the trauma they suffered and bill you, Maybe wait a few more weeks for the next idiot to tell you and bill you.. They just do not get what PTSD is for some people. I was sent to the hospital for 6 days off my meds because I could not sleep!!!!

I've had to live in apartment complexes while completing college, where the tenants never seem to sleep and feed off of your own energy. Insomnia whitens your hair, hinders cognitive thinking and will shorten one's life. Kate Scripture: 1) Because of this, I say to you, whatever you ask for when you pray, have faith that you will receive it. Then you will get it. Mark 11:24; and 2) It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep. Psalm 127:2
