It's a scooter, not a Harley Davidson! They're not even wearing helmets, the cat is fine, they're not doing 90 miles an hour.
I just googled, 'cause I wanted to see what was available in eye-protection for cats; you should go look!
Cats have available for their outdoor needs: ski goggles, swim goggles, cycle-riding helmets /goggles.. lots of options...particularly if riding any kind of open air cycles (motorized or not), animals need to be provided with (appropriate )available protection, just as their human counterparts also protect their own eyes from rushing wind and heads from impact force!😊
