this game was special, something like this comes once maybe a decade and then it's gone just as quickly as it appeared leaving us all with fond memories and an awesome soundtrack. They broke the mold with this game
This is one of those games, that tell you "even though the game industry today is filled with lackluster and repetitive bullcrap (call of duty I'm talking to you), there are still those jewels out there that just blow the others out of the water." LA noire is one of those jewels
Rockstar is one of the few big name developers these days to not have turned into a complete joke, on the contrary they are easily one of the best in the industry.
Im with you man this game had something in it something that really attracted me and great thanks to Rockstar Games without them we wouldnt know what is originality in gaming industry right now.
@@notthisyourlightmaybe a spin-off of some kind, set in early 90s LA? The LA riots seem to be a good foundation to build upon. Maybe 60s San Francisco with the Zodiac killer and all of that fun stuff.
For those who didn't know, they _did_ have a sequel planned and it was already in production and was cancelled in 2016. It was called the Whore of the Orient, attracted a whole bunch of controversy. Set in 20s or 30s Shanghai, you were supposed to play as a Chinese detective during a pivotal moment during modern China's development. You'll never find this bit of detail relevant if you Google the news, but you were to play as a detective of the Chinese Communist Party fighting against the Kuomintang. A little history lesson, the CCP drove Kuomintang, the original democratic party of China, out of China and the Kuomintang then formed modern-day Taiwan. Lots more to it but yeah, in hindsight, probably for the best.
@@angrycinnamontoast794 It's also a form of art. You have to have a team of creatives at the heart of your game to have anything to capitalize on and what they do is artistic. It's writing, framing, lighting, modelling, composing music and game design from gameplay to systems. Saying that the point of making games is making money, is like telling a pop artist that the point of making music is to make money, just because they make tons of money making music. That's not the point. It's an effect of their ability to create an appealing and marketable product with their chosen art form. That's why shark cards and NFTs are such a damn shame. It completely compromises the design of the game.
This game managed to make me feel like I was really a detective in the late 40's kicking criminal ass. Any game that can immerse you like that is a good one in my book.
@@Rockcroc2000Rm1wE3erWmNfkL bandits that didn't know about segregations? Bandits that helped feminists? No way. It's a good game, but it's not immersive at all. L.A. Nore did a much better job at that.
Unfortunately I don’t know if we’ll ever see it. Rockstar has the IP and honestly I just see them going back and forth between gta and red dead for a long time
this makes me feel nostalgic for some reason. LA NOIRE is one of the best games i have ever played; the storyline, the interaction with the way the story unfolds, and th autonomy over decisions, makes me want to be a detective myself haha. love it!!
One of my favorite too , the mood , the years .. I finished the game on PS4 and now i have the blues !! No other game are like that .. A pure jewel , its a shame that the company who made the game had to be closed .. 9/10
Waseem Hamada everything you said is the truth and nothing but the truth LA Noire is and always will be one of the greatest games ever made a true masterpiece 💯💯
I've always had such a fascination of the 30s, 40s 50s era and this Jazz sounds so soothing to me... Picture yourself on a rainy night, walking inside the Blue Room Jazz Club, you walk in the atmosphere lingering with smoke, you sit down, order a drink and hear the sounds of beautiful notes being played.. such expression from the musicians. They are into the song, you look around, the flirting of couples around laughing, eating, enjoying the fun, some even dancing (who dances anymore?!?!?!) to the sounds... a feeling of comfort and warmth, this is your life, you feel welcomed by everyone, a glass of scotch on the rocks a cigar lit, beautiful women walking by smiling at you, you walk to the bar for another drink, only to introduce yourself to a woman wearing a stunning burgundy dress that even with dim lights can be seen from a mile away, the sparkles that shine through... she has been eyeing you across the dance floor from earlier in the night.. You invite her to your table, you talk and have a wonderful time, laughing, conversating about your everyday life... She smiles you go the whole night at the club you two talking, laughing, dancing... Last call is put out, you finish your 4th maybe 5th glass of scotch, you walk her outside to the cold misty night sky, the smell of rain still lingers. You call a cab, she hands you a folded paper... It's her number... A kiss on the cheek, she enters, you close the door and see her face in the distance.... This song is a warm welcome to me, it makes me feel like I'm living in the post war era of WW2... Rockstar Games really made such a great under the radar game.... I would love for them to follow suit, of the noire scene only this time in N.Y. and now through the eyes of the gangster.. a mob boss and his story of climbing the ranks making his decisions based on facts and proof just like this game... if Rockstar Games was to take there time in developing a game like this, I think it will sell out easily!!
Holy shit, this is such a vibe choom And I feel you; there’s something kinda romantic about this Post-War interim era between the 40s and 50s that just has a fuckin magic to it, it’s hard to describe but once you feel it- damn do you ever feel it People were different back then; had some bad shit goin on with racism still being prevalent but the people were…kinder, I reckon I guess all the chooms here are right; streets really ain’t what they used to be anymore, everybody’s so bitter, self-absorbed, social media obsessed Nobody wants to go out and just enjoy hanging out with their friends at a nice lounge or somethin, and these kinds of Jazz clubs are basically extinct since times have changed; I’d kill to go to a place like this and just soak up the atmosphere like a sponge, choom Like a fuckin sponge; but it’s equal parts because the people were different, the fashion was different, the entire aesthetic was different and in my opinion classier than it is now I mean fuck choom the suits were SHARP, and the dresses the dames used to wear were gorgeous without goin too overboard; it feels weird feeling nostalgic for a decade I was never born in but I wanna experience it man
It’s unfortunate that Team Bondi went bankrupt shortly after the games release would’ve been cool to see what other games they would’ve made since they did want to compete with Rockstar Games
LA Noire is such an underated video game! This was the first video game to make me legitimately cry! This game plays out like a classic Greek tragedy. Wish more games were like this .
This theme...takes me back to summer of 2011...i was in college...23 years old,and my father had just passed away...i would play this game to forget ...and images of very hot days in 2011 would come to mind ,hearing this theme, it makes me think of my friends from college..... and everything from that time of my life when i was a bit younger....and naive; i wish i could go back in a way...idk..its odd.
I was in the 10th grade when this game and RDR a bit back dropped, I picked up RDR first and later this little gem, I played it without knowing a thing about the film noir genre and when I was done I wanted to light up a viceroy and poor a glass of smooth whiskey on the rocks while I stared out into the L.A. neon night.
I've always maintained that L.A. Noire was truly the FIRST video game for adults. Yeah, they give games with gratuitous violence and sexuality "Mature" ratings, but the sex and violence is EXACTLY why kids are gonna want to play them. This game, on the other hand, with its slow, methodical story pacing, pretty much requires an adult-level of patience to play through. I'm not saying kids CAN'T enjoy this game, but they would have to have an advanced level of maturity to appreciate the entire experience.
Me and my nephew beat th is game but he did all the work he was very patient and seem to know if the suspect was lieing or not I truly believe some.kids are good at games
Well, I did say that any kids who appreciated a game like this would likely be more mature than others their age. So your appreciation of a game like this probably speaks of an advanced maturity for your age.
I loved it's truly relaxed vibe along with its rich character development. Y. I had a sort of hate love relationship with Cole Phelps. Sure he is a talented detective who is truly dedicated to what he does, but the man man continually cheated on his wife even though they had children.
Are you referring to maturity in terms of the overall game (story, gameplay, setting, etc.) because not many people know much about 1947 Los Angeles. It was vibrant but violent with Mickey Cohen as the mafia boss (so to speak, he was Jewish) of the town. 1947 was also the year of McCarthyism which Cole Phelps slightly mentions in one of the missions (the House of UnAmerican Activities Committee or HUAC for short) which investigated people with ties to the Communist Party of the United States (there was a Communist Party in the US and it was pretty popular in the 1930's) and communist fellows who were sympathizers. The people at Team Bondi did excellent research and paid dearly for it when their company went under. I'm sorry if I got carried away but I was curious as to your reference of maturity and citing some examples from the game.
Ahh so much nostalgia. It's been 5 years...damn. I got a strong urge to play through this game. When I have time I will. But it has to be on a rainy night because of the overall vibe.
I loved the game, definitely one of the best titles to be imortalized in the last genre along with Red Dead Redemption. And this soundtrack?... Just wow... It's so relaxing. I love listening to it, especially like this: - After a long stressful day... Just arrive home, pop on the music, close my eyes and just.... hmmmmm - In a warm summer night. During the summer I used to put this music on very low volume playing near my ears while I fell asleep with all my covers pulled back and my leg up against the walll... It's the small things in life that make it worth living sometimes... the feeling was amazing. - And I also love listening to it to the sounds of rain... Either by listening to rainy mood OR the actual natural thing. The rain outside, especially at night, the window a bit open, just enough to see the streets and the lights, and then just listen to both the rainy environment and the soundtrack... Feelings with no equal... Seriously... Put it on your to-do lists IF you like this track :)
TheDezembro yeah man la noire is like that chick one may see at a park , get mesmerised , forget all pains -AND THEN she vanishes behind the trees never to be seen again.......rockstar is in fact a bunch of rockstars , rip team bondi though.
I really don’t understand why this game failed, I played it first when I was 12 and i really enjoyed every second of it. It’s just that dark atmosphere and the characters too. This game is a gem
Failed according to who? Some GTA fanboys that want to run around and steal cars and blow shit up all day long? And this is coming from a GTA fanboy....
People actually expected more of a GTA or RED DEAD styled game. Not an actual film noire. I loved the game immensely, but my nephews who were much, much younger didn't have the patience for this type of gameplay.
I just got the game and its 2:30 in the morning I got drowsy (I got the character to detective) so I put the game to main menu and shut the T.V and listened to it on my turtle beach headsets. Such an awesome song I looked it up to and now I am going to go to sleep.
I once fell asleep back in 2012 after playing the game for eight hours straight. I ended up dreaming of teaming up with Humphrey Bogart and Tyrone Power to take down a crime boss played by James Cagney. Audrey Hepburn was there too, and she shot me. That was when I woke up.
I hate to admit this but sometimes at night, my dog & I still listen to this soundtrack and look out the window of our apartment and just watch traffic, talk to each other and often share a meal. It calms us down and we can just mellow out after a long day, there are many types of therapy and this one works good so far...maybe you should try it?
Same boat brother! I was writing a little fictional piece for an English project over April and this inspired a nice piece about a little detective story :)
Eli VerHaagh Yeah Team Bondi lasted about 1 month after the game was released. Lost the trademark to LA Noire as well as all of their money and went out of business. It would be a miracle to see this game get a sequel sadly. Shame too, this was a fantastic game.
Everyone has their own demons, some more dark and sinister than others. The thought danced in my mind as I sat silently in my dark office, a glass of warm whiskey in one hand and a cigarette in the other. The room was dark, the snowstorm outside had knocked the power out but I didn't care. It was nice to sit in the darkness. Outside, the wind howled as snow and sleet swore it was going to break temperature records. I slumped back into my office chair and took a long drag from my cigarette. Menthol: chewing gum for smokers. The sweet smoke filled my lungs for a moment before I exhaled. The smoke hung in the air like a bad omen. I was used to bad omens. At nearly half a century old, I had seen some things that would turn most away from my line of work on day one. Hell, I'd even contemplated walking away myself too many times to count. There was a time where everything in the world was black and white; there were good people and there were bad people, or so I thought. Oh how the mind of a young man works. I eventually realised the world is shades of grays and blacks, there is no white. Sometimes good people do bad things, sometimes bad people do good things. Everyone has their own demons, some more dark and sinister than others.
i recently finished playing this game (for the first time) and man what an absolute masterpiece it was. brilliantly written from start to finish, highly innovative in many regards, rich in its characters and themes, all anchored together by a stark ending that perfectly captures both the deep fatalism and systemic corruption so inherent to the noir genre. as soon as the credits started rolling i was left feeling hollow and unsatisfied in the best way possible. i hope more people discover this game as times goes on.
The BEST game at least for me.......... but we all can admit that this is i think the best detective game this far and i dont think that we will get another one soon......
and this song........ guys this song is beautiful.................... and i guess now i know why did i bought this game............ because after that many battle against that many creature from other game i guess.......... i've needed to relax and i believe thats how i found this game and thats why i'm happy that i've found it............
Or Manhunt. But I think that is the wonderful thing about Rockstar, they have a lot of franchises. If only they were developing games for them, like a second part to this game.
I'm convinced that this is not only one of the greatest compositions in video game / cinematic history but also one of the greatest compositions in music history period.
my favorite thing about this game is how futile catching the right guy feels. it has a very oppressive atmosphere, like no matter how many scumbags cole puts away, he never really makes a dent. the little guys take the fall, and the big ones just keep steaming along. but of course, that's the job.
I'd love a sequel to this game so much, still one of my favourite games along with Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect series, The Last Of Us and Uncharted 2!
That era was beutiful, I think all the advances in technology in the last decades made life a little less mysterious, less intriguing and more empty. I dont know if those were the correct words, but is the closest to what I think!
You're right, with the way things are now. It isn't the same, might be typing this on a smartphone but now, with all the information at our fingertips, just a few clicks or button-pushes away. It does take away from the mysteriousness that was once a great part of this world. It was an interesting time. Just before the 90s began, and even before that.
@@ignotumperignotius630 I mean, between rampant racism, millions dying over seas, the Holocaust, the Imperial Japanese atrocities, nuclear warfare, the height of pollution throughout the US, Jim crow laws and poverty, it's safe to say that the 40s mostly sucked (at least in my opinion). The aesthetic, cars and music it didn't seem very good.

All this talk about the video game, and not enough about the score itself. A stellar effort from a man whose contribution to pop music was average at best. Horses for courses, and this is the main course of all video game OST tracks. Thank you Andy Hale, you created something gorgeous, which echoes the nostalgia of the simple life of post WW2. Also thanks to Wartinald for uploading this, I'm sure I have accounted for at least 300 views. Cheers dude.
This is without a single doubt the most perfect, beautiful, stunning, mesmerizing game that I have ever played. The atmosphere is priceless, the story is amazing, and the soundtrack is magnificent.
the fact that this track introduces the game beautifully woth so manny trumpet solos and saxophones and it serves as a grief song when you finish the game
Back when I was in middle school (around the release of the game), I remember that I was really excited for this game to come out cause it was the only one at the time that was considered to be the game to play as a detective, and I loved that aesthetic and the interrogation mechanic and all that stuff. Sure I was into the other stuff that I'd be into as a 13-year old kid, but this game left an impression on me and admittedly these years later there'll never be another one like it again. I'm glad that people are coming back around it now and say this game was really something to remember. For the good and bad.
I remember the day after I first played LA Noire. I had to travel to a nearby city and I stayed in a motel. The room was very little and there werent any impressive views but I liked it. Woke up early, since the doctor gave me the first appointment and started looking through the steamed windows revealing a not-ready-for-wake up streets empty as in summer and ice cold because of winter. I took one of those unbreakable glasses they put in the bathrooms and poured some chocolate bought the night before in a nearby grocery store while I admired that calm landscape. -Great- I thought- everlasting hot water. Took off my clothes, opened the tap and pointed it to the red erased dot. As the vapor started to climb through the walls I remembered that OST I downloaded onto my mobilephone before taking the plane and pressed the play button. It was this theme the one first started, I dont know why the place was suddenly surrounded by that noir ambience. I felt calm and relaxed when I entered in the shower with that red heat light touching my skin. Bathroom was old and white but the warm climate made me remember all the memories I left on that city. Perhaps it was the past but that song and the next ones gave me a very pleasant and chill feel I cannot describe in words. Maybe it was that city, naked, without car engines. I was in a womb of sour homesickness thanks to that OST. Noir genre helps to uncover the hidden tale of loneliness in this sad world. Crime is a way of expressing the anxiety of staying alive In this ''time bomb'' environment that is life. A motel. A missing starlet. A pocket gun. A bag full of money... Sorry for my awful english
Mate have you ever considered writing a book? You've managed to describe everything what happened to you and i guess you could make some good book maybe a detective book or a Noire...... and yes i was just asking....
0:13 that soft crescendo, not really sure if I'm using the word right - it is so catchy for me and somehow to me it translates the feel of the game, especially when the smooth sax comes in. This game got mixed reviews when it came out iirc. But this will always be my top 10.
I bought this game the day it came out. I came home after work and had to wait for it to install. I took a little nap, and woke up to the title screen. I didn't even start the game! I let this play for probably two hours while I chilled and dozed in and out of sleep. Good memory. Great tune!
Such a unique concept executed incredibly. The soundtrack, characters, story, gameplay and the whole 1940s Hollywood vibe easily make this a top 5 game I’ve ever played.
Honestly, one of the best vg menu theme ever, it sets the noir tone instantly. The game also is a blast, totally underrated, hope Rockstar will produce a sequel.
"You were dead, you were sleeping the big sleep, you were not bothered by things like that, oil and water were the same as wind and air to you. You just slept the big sleep, not caring about the nastiness of how you died or where you fell. Me, I was part of the nastiness now. Far more a part of it than Rusty Regan was." -The Big Sleep (Phillip Marlowe, #1)
You got your wish :) fans should make sure it sells well, they are probably testing the waters to see if this game still draws - if it does well we can be almost sure there will be a sequel. Gonna buy it for PS4 in November for sure !
The game has its flaws , but it is still one of the best and most memorable games i have ever played..and the soundtrack is pure bliss and joy....out of this world.
I loved playing this game until a couple of weeks back when I was diagnosed with a specific variation of epilepsy that is triggered with refresh rates from things such as video games. I put so much time into this game, alongside apex legends. Today I am selling my ps4. Sad to leave this past behind. I remember countless nights of just playing this and driving alongside my partner and busting light posts (and him freaking out), and having this play in the background. Nice times.
Listen while reading: "It was a day like any other. Except it wasn't. Oddly enough, it was a cold day in July. In fact I remember thinking how remarkably cold it was for the middle of Summer. And then I realized I had no pants. Isn't that how life goes sometimes. I walked into the diner on 3rd street. I was getting some eggs, or so i thought. It started pouring down rain. I asked the man behind the counter for coffee. I had seen his face before, though I wasn't sure where. But it wasn't his face that drew my attention at first, I wondered why he had on a pointed bra. One of those sparkly ones with the cheer leader pompom thingies at the end, that twirl as she shakes, you know the ones. I could swear I recognized him. Something was nagging me at the back of my mind, I just couldn't put my finger on it! Finally it hit me, i turned to him, "Hey, you're a woman arent you?" He or she nodded yeah, sliding a mug my way, and poured. Okay, so he wasn't an attractive woman. But he was a woman nonetheless. I'm pretty sure anyway. A woman who knew how to... please a man. She put a little extra cheese on my plate for me. I like extra cheese. But not that fancy store bought crap, i can't compete with that. Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself, back to the story. "'Tough day?' he or she asked. "Tough week." was my reply. She was playing a game that women and man had played for centuries. Unfortunately she looked like an open autopsy. She put the food in the oven for me. There was something that was drawing me to her, like those eggs in that oven I wanted my eggs in her oven. I had been on the trail. THe trail of the man they called "Horseface Malone, a diamond smuggler up from the Big A. Id been 50 steps behind him for months. All of a sudden the rumors started to make sense. Of how every private detective asigned to the case before me had gone clinically insane trying to find him. But i had stuck it through, had made it farther than any of them. and if me, then who else? No one else, that's who. Five months, and it leads me right here, to this very moment in time. Pantsless at a waffle house. I gaze down at the menu. Cherry soda. Now thats an odd thing for a waffle house to have. Wait a minute, all of a sudden it hit me like a locomotive on my face. Of course. It all made sense. My entire life lined up in one neat row along the train tracks. This was it. my master stroke. Horseface Malone was notorious for being obsessed with Cherry soda. That's why I have been walking to every waffle house along my travels, to find the fabled cherry soda selling waffle house, and here it was. The man behind the counter... Was Horseface Malone. "Why the long face I asked?" - He knew i was on to him , i could tell but his horseface didn't elaborate to it that he knew. He calmly cleaned his hands with the horse shoe polish. He smiled, I smiled. It was over for him. Finally my hard work had paid of. I finished the coffee and slid the mug back to Horseface Malone. Turning pale before my very eyes he probably saw my badge, or maybe my LAPD underwear. It was pouring outside, gently at first, almost like a german junkie whore smoking a cigarette. It started to rain harder and the jukebox started to stutter. "How are the stables" I asked Horseface Malone "What stables pal?" he responded cold as ice. I doubted I was wrong or was I right. "Give me a cherry soda with some waffles." As soon as he brought me the cherry soda, I cuffed him. Smiled and told him it was all over. It stopped raining and I was going to be promoted to chief, I just knew it. Turns out I was wrong, tough day was the least of my problems. Nowadays, they have me taking all kinds of pills at this mental institution. But god damn I swore I was right. Turns out the woman was just ugly as sin and was working a summer job. They searched him up and down. Nothin', the acetone in forensics showed no sign of... cherry soda. Years went by, and the world forgave me for my transgression, though i never asked that of it. To this day I still know he's out there...

I wish that you could forget the games after you beat them if you ever wanted to. That way I could forget I played this masterpiece so that when I play it again I feel the exact same way I felt when I played it for the first time. To whoever's reading this comment, keep this in mind. Cherish the first time you play any game, because the next time you play it, it won't feel the same. It wont be as nostalgic
This brings back so many memories. I'm not a jazz aficionado by any means, but this piece has to compare well with the jazz music that came out of the 30s and 40s. Such a shame that the company went bankrupt after releasing this game however. Hopefully someone will develop a similar game to LA Noire.
LA Noir for me was the video game that introduced me to the potential Video Games had for amazing story telling. It opened up the doors for me to other great stories both past and present(at the time of release) and even now.
Too bad that as good as LA Noire was for its presentation. Its storytelling is dubious at best. Too slow for a more complex narrative and too fast for executing proper story beats. Acting and dialogue gave it a lot of potential though and production was turbulent that it's surprising it ever got released.
This ratio of likes/dislikes is amazing. I love it. Great song. When I 1st heard it. I cried like a 1 year old. I had time to finally reminisce on my recently deceased father. Maybe a cpl months or so. Him also being the 1 to introduce me into Jazz. It was a double wammy. I'll never forget that nite. Nor (Noire) this game. I loved this game. Beautiful soundtrack. Beautiful game.

this game was special, something like this comes once maybe a decade and then it's gone just as quickly as it appeared leaving us all with fond memories and an awesome soundtrack. They broke the mold with this game
This is one of those games, that tell you "even though the game industry today is filled with lackluster and repetitive bullcrap (call of duty I'm talking to you), there are still those jewels out there that just blow the others out of the water." LA noire is one of those jewels
Rockstar is one of the few big name developers these days to not have turned into a complete joke, on the contrary they are easily one of the best in the industry.
as opposed to some...looking at you EA
Im with you man this game had something in it something that really attracted me and great thanks to Rockstar Games without them we wouldnt know what is originality in gaming industry right now.
abandonurhope It's a shame they don't make more of these jewels. But we still get the COD, Battlefield, Zombie bullshit every year.

I wish Rockstar would make more 1940s - 1950s games
@Daniel Pop I’ve only played Mafia 2 and still have the original so I’ll probably check the others out too
rockstar only makes games that will pull in money sadly :/
@@reiovk that's like kinda the point of making games, to capitalize off them
@@angrycinnamontoast794 It's also a form of art.

Very Nice
Holy shit, this is such a vibe choom
And I feel you; there’s something kinda romantic about this Post-War interim era between the 40s and 50s that just has a fuckin magic to it, it’s hard to describe but once you feel it- damn do you ever feel it
People were different back then; had some bad shit goin on with racism still being prevalent but the people were…kinder, I reckon
I guess all the chooms here are right; streets really ain’t what they used to be anymore, everybody’s so bitter, self-absorbed, social media obsessed
Nobody wants to go out and just enjoy hanging out with their friends at a nice lounge or somethin, and these kinds of Jazz clubs are basically extinct since times have changed; I’d kill to go to a place like this and just soak up the atmosphere like a sponge, choom
Like a fuckin sponge; but it’s equal parts because the people were different, the fashion was different, the entire aesthetic was different and in my opinion classier than it is now
I mean fuck choom the suits were SHARP, and the dresses the dames used to wear were gorgeous without goin too overboard; it feels weird feeling nostalgic for a decade I was never born in but I wanna experience it man

Strategy games were the first games for adults, and are still the main ones.

I love listening to it, especially like this:
- After a long stressful day... Just arrive home, pop on the music, close my eyes and just.... hmmmmm
- In a warm summer night.

The sweet smoke filled my
lungs for a moment before I exhaled. I eventually realised the
world is shades of grays and blacks, there is no white. Sometimes good people do bad things, sometimes bad people do good things.
Everyone has their own demons, some more dark and sinister than others.

Yup everytime i finish the game i just sit on this screen for a little bit before i close the app and get off haha
The puzzles in this game, the music, the theme. Makes me feel like in heaven. I came back to feel it again.

Great tune!

am so close to crying when i hear this..man i loved taht game..really missin it
I loved this game so much. This really brings back memories of better times; very nostalgic.
Der Wanderer Me too 😌😭 I really loved this game! This is the best game ever I played 😢.
Honestly, one of the best vg menu theme ever, it sets the noir tone instantly. The game also is a blast, totally underrated, hope Rockstar will produce a sequel.
This song makes me build a timemachine and go back to the 1940's and live there for the rest of my life

What a fucking masterpiece. The game, the story, the music, the acting. Everything.
"You were dead, you were sleeping the big sleep, you were not bothered by things like that, oil and water were the same as wind and air to you. You just slept the big sleep, not caring about the nastiness of how you died or where you fell. Me, I was part of the nastiness now. Far more a part of it than Rusty Regan was."

Everyone has their vices. Even _you,_ Phelps.

hope this game will be also aviable on PS4 and Xbox one sometimes
You got your wish :) fans should make sure it sells well, they are probably testing the waters to see if this game still draws - if it does well we can be almost sure there will be a sequel. Gonna buy it for PS4 in November for sure !
This music makes me nearly speechless. This game is so good, the aesthetic, gameplay, story. 10/10
The game has its flaws , but it is still one of the best and most memorable games i have ever played..and the soundtrack is pure bliss and joy....out of this world.
I'm the 90s hip-hop kind of guy but this theme is pure 🔥🔥🔥
This theme was sampled on:
FromDaTomb$ - Joey Badass
Just Win - Jeezy
Some good listens if you like Hip Hop 👍🏽
This is one of the All Time Best pieces of music that I've ever heard.
I want more lol
+Oberhauser finish this lol
Go on finish it XD

The soundtrack and the game are both two masterpieces.
