DALI set to depart for China from Norfolk

The ship responsible for the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, is set to depart the United States for China. Currently in Norfolk, Va. where temporary repairs have been ongoing, the M/V Dali is expected to depart sometime around September 17.
The given schedule is an estimated departure date.
The ship stuck the Key Bridge in Baltimore and caused the collapse of the Bridge, tragically causing the loss of life for six workers atop the road deck. The blockage in the shipping channel brought the bustling Port of Baltimore to a near standstill while clearing efforts from Donjon salvage were underway to reopen the shipping channel.
