Hey Kyle so the first time takes forever because you learn how the miner comes apart.. but once you learn how it all fits together, i can't say it takes more than 30 minutes. it depends how bad it is too... mine was absolutely caked and also i was trying to bring it back to 100% clean like how it came. but I would say 30 minutes.... Cards 10 minutes, fans 10 minutes and grills and frame of the box another 10 minutes.
Why does this guy talk like this? He sounds like a newscaster that was a newscaster in the 1980s and kicked out of newscasters school so he never really learned how to talk, then he continues to talk like the very first Professor he ever had who literally was the worst newscaster ever. Not to mention why does it take 8 minutes to explain something that literally takes thirty seconds. It's called brush it with a toothbrush that's dry, and spray it with compressed air. I've been cleaning computers for over 40 years.
hey so yes you can do that. but there's nothing wrong with submerging. if you're saying it's sus because it's an electronic, what we have to worry about is the corrosion effect. the Ionization when water touches a metal.. since it's 99% alcohol, there's almost no water... it evaporates extremely fast. def don't do this in a closed room. just wait for the boards to be completely dry once you're ready to plug her back in. it will dry extremely fast.
Can i use alcohool for cleaning ? Or its that a special substance ?
I was using isopropyl alcohol in this.
It's best to use the higher percentage alcohol. But it's not expensive.
how often you clean, do you still mine? ;)
How long would you estimate each miner take to clean like this, since it’s under time lapse, hard for me to discern :)

Thank you! :)
Can't you just dip a brush into the tub of alcohol and brush it that way? It kinda looks sus the way you did this
