    Amy, I have been doing your workouts for over 6 months and can see the difference in my arms, but, legs, everything! Thank you so much for being easy to follow, relatable, and trustworthy. I trust your workouts b/c I know that the moves are correct and will not cause me to injure myself. You are fantastic!!!!

    Amy, you are the most amazing trainer! I rarely comment on videos, but I had to today to express my gratitude and appreciation. I've been using different trainers on TH-cam, some are too talkative and like to talk bad about other methods, some are too dry and you don't feel any connection. But you, YOU have the most effective AND enjoyable workouts. I always feel more energized and happier after working out with you. Your personality is amazing as is your talent and preparation as an instructor. I can't help smiling while doing your workouts and will always come back to your channel to train.     This 20 minute workout rounds out today's back and arms workouts perfectly! I just started to break a bit of a sweat by the time we got down on the mat--even with just working the arms and back! Fantastic! I'll come back to this one again! XO-S

    Love, love, live ur videos!! Best part is there's usually a warmup/stretching part!! So important to include those I think if one is instructing...good for u!! Ur style of choreography is sensational: so neat how you intergrate your combos!! Many thx for keeping me entertained & healthy!!

    I am so excited to try this. I am getting married in a year and a half and want those wedding arms! I am so excited to do this while Jeannie is doing it.

    Amy, what might be a good workout schedule for the wedding workout series? Monday: 30 min sculpt, Tuesday: Arms and Abs (or would the cardio be better and add the ab video to the sculpt day?) etc.?

    Well I'm already married, and just staying in good shape. I love this workout because it's basic and really targets the arms! I felt amazing afterwards!
