In this instalment, I got to try out my Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres off-road.
The test was a little bit on the "extreme" side of things but it just goes to show you what the tyres are capable of.

Thank you for the comparison. I have a 2016 Husky 701 with road tyres and the rear is 160/60 ZR17 and most off roads seem to come in 150/60 and 170/60. Is it worth keeping to the standard tyres (less options) or moving to the 150/60 for more options as you have done.

@@afrobykr Is yours lowered? you reckon i d have any issues on the sm as my first bike? Im 5’10 on A2 license, i will be doing a whole lot of massive traffic with filtering. Cheers
Mine isn't lowered. However, I always have my left foot on the ground at the lights and my right on the brake.
Having both feet flat on the ground is a challenge for many people on this bike, including me.
I'd suggest you sit on one at a dealership and see if you can support it on one leg. My suspicion is, you'll be fine.
Although, there are more comfortable bikes out there for commuting that are still fun to ride. Supermotos are generally tall/high sitting though.
