That body mold reminds me of the Omega Red pics and how they had the crunch under the first set of abs even though it would be really strange to see an Omega Red that big

This is truly a great wave. Like really, even if you are a new collector and these are the only figures that you have it would still be a very respectable collection. Personally I think I'll only get the Wolverine and the Psylocke, because I have to buy all of my figures online and I don't really care for the other figures (I know it sounds like a contradiction, but this is due to money thing more than anything). I'll get the Apocalypse BAF on Ebay eventually.
Call me crazy but I prefer this apocalypse, toybiz is great, but it’s too big! In the comics he only gets that big occasionally, he is usually around this size, maybe another 1 or 2 inches and it’s perfect!
They could/should make a bigger apocalypse. Using The 12" Legends series, they should make ant man, apocalypse, a sentynel, etc. Something that could fit with The 6" legends

This could easily been a definitive version of Apocalypse (such as Cable for example). Strictly speaking I think the figure should be less stocky, and without any type of extra weapon appendage a Apocalypse figure just doesn't work..
You've become my favorite Legends reviewer, even if I absolutely disagree with your rankings. The only two figures in this wave I don't like is Psylocke and Wolverine, and Sabretooth and Multiple man are the 'ehh' figures for me. You did mention that if you don't have the SDCC Gladiator, you'll be happy with him, and he is the figure I'm most looking forward too. That Storm just rocks my world though.(Hasbro has nailed the beauty of the X-women with Rogue, Jean Grey and Shadow cat in their recent releases.) And the Magneto costume is ugly but different enough to be worth an alternate buy. And the paint job on this Apocalypse figure looks fantastic.
No accessories like axe, hammer, etc. that can interchange with his hands. That only means Hasbro will release a single edition package of him in the future.

On the one hand, I agree philosophically with getting accessories for Apoc, but I can't think of what he could use that wouldn't come across like a cheap 90s kid's toy. He's not a weapons guy like a Punisher or a faces guy like Spidey. The vice hand or anvil fist of old would look corny as hell, and the comics don't really see him use his powers like that. He's be one for a build-a-dio though, like a mutant makeover station to turn your friendly neighborhood Spider Man into Pestilence or something. If you patented that up with a leg chair and some beakers and a computer, you could add a Mr Sinister to that display really easily. (That's my way of asking Hasbro to redo Mr Sinister... and give him a lab dio)
Hasbro doesn't like to make money. That's why we don't have accessory packs that's why they don't chuck out sentinels in the 12inch line like mastermold. That's why they give exclusives to fucking companies that are going out of business. Love the channel Shartimus!
if you play ps2 fighting game marvel vs capcom thanos is just regular selectable character to choose but apocalypse is the final bos stage you need to beat to complete the game. from that judgement apocalypse>thanos LOL

I can not wait to get this figure. He is my favorite X-Men villain and I've waited forever to get an Apocalypse figure that doesn't suck. Sorry, but the Toy Biz figure is way too big, so I think this is superior.
The wolverines figure in this wave is fantastic probably better than the juggernaut wave wolverine and yes I do agree with the mask being to close to the face but now that you can fix it makes it probably the best Wolverine of all time probably hot water or hair dryer to fix that but I really want to see how he fixed it so I can get one for myself
I see hasbro's doing great with marvel legends, wish I could say the same about transformers...I mean they're not doing a bad job, but there's room for improvement, ALOT of improvement.

This figure is the reason why Marvel Legends needs to bring back the "12"inch Icons line.
Why? He can change his size at will but this is his default height.

Best Apocalypse figure I've seen. Well proportioned and head sculpt is great and good color scheme. Shouldve made it 10 inches at least.
I like the light iridescent finish on the boots, braces, shoulders, and collar pieces.

I put the Infinity War Thanos head on the Walmart Exclusive Thanos' body and it actually fits.

Just put mine together, those legs were way more difficult to attach then what was seen here. I wouldn't be surprised if the left leg pops off...

Thanos is simply too durable, powerful, and knowledgeable on universal matters.
