I dont know if it Roush specific but 2019 5.0 has a big ass metal protecter?? on the AC side that covers the AC pulley, idler and tensioner. There's an access hole for the tensioner but the metal protector completely enclosed the idler pulley so you need to remove it to get the belt off and on.
I replaced both tensioners and belts on my 2015 f150 5.0 and I think my front tensioner is too tight because mine was tough as hell to pull back to get the belt on.. my read one was easy but the front I had to wiggle and push hard with my fingers to get it on. Yes they are all seated in the grooves. I’ll loosen it up when I get home later and take the belt off and put the tensioner back on. I think the mistake I made was that I hand tightened it hard first instead of lightly then torque to spec at 35 ft lbs. so then when I tightened it down to 35 ft lbs it clicked right away. I’ll post an update but I’m certain. I only use oem parts.
Nice and easy. Worst one I have done was on my old 6.0 powerstroke

Thanks for the extra info.
