- I’m a sucker for this place!! It's just a few miles from my house and I’m determined to catch fish here! Got lucky and caught one good one this trip.

I know the feeling when you get the itch to go fishing. You just pack up and go anywhere you can go. As long as you go out there and don't get skunked it's a good day on the water. Especially when you can still wear the shorts & sandals to go kayaking. Again man I like your sandals. I wish I had a pair right now. Good video thank you for sharing.

@@ScruffyCityFishing that sounds awesome hope you can make it happen. I'm still digging out of snow right now. I had to go all the way down to Miami Florida to do some kayak fishing. This is what I don't like about winter I cannot kayak because the weather is extremely cold or snowing or Frozen or too windy. I Hope you can get out there buddy.

@@ScruffyCityFishing that's even worse than snow. When it rain & it freezes that's black ice. I do not ice skate , roller skate , or roller blade. " LOL "
@@mackjenkins7721 oh yeah.. I can see ice fishing being fun.. but it’s hard to enjoy much of anything in a rain/sleet Mix and 34 degrees.

And I wasn’t about to lose my new flashy swimmer without a fight!
That spot where I was may have more fish in it.. you could definitely get your boat back in there as long as the lake is at a decent level. If anything the water plant is really cool to see from there.
We will have to take my boat out there sometime for sure!
That one tree had some many baits hanging from it, it looked like a Christmas tree. 😝

Some of the best trip are spur of the moment. But I always forget something at Da house.
I forgot my sunglasses on an 11 hour float recently. Not sure my eyes will ever be the same.

@@ScruffyCityFishing Well regret is hell of a thing. You could always go back and get it but that would make it way harder. I guess it just depends on what ya want to do with life in general. Good luck to ya either way.
@@philcarpenter i have no degree. i sell cars and make $120-180k per yr. a college degree is a great thing to talk about but won't guarantee you a good living. i sell cars to many people with degrees and barely make $60k per yr. fish on!
