Hlj really has issues with that for some reason. I had ordered the zenkaioh dx two pack and now for some reason they don’t have that nor any other dx figures. It’s like if you miss that time when it’s hot off the presses and brand new you miss it forever.
Someone just bought 4 of this in my Gundam nearby store, and I was damn mad, so I let him.

I would love to see a Plaiobot Gurren Lagann review. At this moment its a strong contender for my favorite kit of all time, and while it has issues, like the hips and the stickers, its still so so so worth it

I just can’t wait to see how the super galaxy is. Hopefully we’ll also get tengen toppa and the anti spiral as well. Mainly I just want a few more enemies.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is definitely 1 of few non Gundam, mecha series that I enjoy and suggest everyone to watch if they haven't.
Watching this, it makes me wish Bandai would make Real Grade kits. They've done a phenomenal job with the RG Evangelion series so far, so I can only imagine how awesome an RG Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann series would be.

I've seen in a lot of reviews that the gurren lagann kit has problems in it's waist joint wherein it's prone to breaking. Good to see that it isn't the case for this one. Gotta grabe one of these once they go in stock on my local hobby shops.

Personally i had some durability issues with the tail. Other than that it was my first ever build and an awesome introduction to model kit building!
i had the same issue, the tail ball joint in my kit was too tight and it broke off while i was posing it, i will be attaching it permantly in the future
Yeah I had to glue mine in a fixed pose after it broke

The stickers for these kits are extremely forgiving, i had to peel and reapply some of the stickers on Gurren Lagann several times before getting them in place just right, no issue sticking
Edit: Just finished building the Plaiobot Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann and it looks quite handsome on my shelf with Gurren Lagann

I spend 2 weeks trying to find the shop that’s still have a preorder slot for this kit in 2020. Thankfully I found one and got this kit last month.
While the building process is not perfect and some parts are easily break for me, it is one of the coolest looking kit i got.
Unfortunately the kit maker discontinued it.

@@DuiDui92 theyrr both the cockpit but lazengann doesnt have a second pilot so the torso cockpit is wasted
GIGA DRILL BREAKER
The figure size and detail of stuff like the head and legs is what I like best about this model. I prefer the basic style and articulation (except the tail) of the revoltech Lazengann. It looks more organic with his arms and stuff, and you can pose it in a hunched beastial way that makes the lazengann look really wicked. I wish revoltech had made a scaled up deluxe version of their Lazengann, kind of like how they did with their eva line.
Plaibots Lazengann is still good and a must, or was a must, for anyone wanting a good looking, decent sized lazengann model standing next to the other mechs in their collection. It has its problems though, fragility and losing parts was my main beef. But beggars can't be choosers, really you can't, for such a cool looking mech from an iconic series I only know of this Lazengann model and the revoltech Lazengann.

You need to pick up the Plaiobot Gurren Lagann. It's fantastic, and although it had some pretty hefty stickers, they're a weird, almost vinyl sticker that's actually quite enjoyable to work with.

I never got around to watching GURREN LAGANN so i never noticed that kamui senketsu was based off this mecha so damn much. studio trigger re using designs in the best way.
Great looking kit but all gone. At least i know what im doing with my GEARA GHIRARGA. Might have to get a second one.

I cant get the eyes on the chest to actually go in all the way. I see you were able to do it in your video, how did do that? I'm trying to push it at an angle so it would actually go in, but its not moving at all...
