I just thought of something. What if there were dynamic animations for using guns in this game. Like if you were a D-class you would reload slower and clunkier, but if you were Chaos you would reload quick and smoothly.
I love the animations in this game, it's so damn smooth! Although it suffers the same issue as Tarkov unfortunately, where everything just feels like it's in this slow-motion state. You gotta remember that these reloads are often done under immense pressure and even straight up fire fights. These slow methodical reloads look gorgeous, but are just too slow to be reasonable given the setting. That AR-15 reload in particular looked so casual given the state of things. I'm not hating at all, just a nitpick of mine!

I think there's a frequent misunderstanding, in that fast reloads are a product of training. If you don't have the training, being under stress does not magically turn you into someone better at gun handling. If anything, an increase in stress is more likely to cause you to make a mistake. A correct "stress" reload for this type of person would be slightly more shaky movements, and one or two more urgent actions, but overall the time probably wouldn't change.
The AR 7 looks like a TF2 weapon but yeah a Lever Action Kalashnikov weapon sound like a great idea. Just make a barrel longer and it would be really cool.

Killing Floor 2 have something similiar. If you have some perk you will reloading faster, and sometimes reloading animation changes.

This is the default for civilian classes. The reload speed varies MASSIVELY depending on multitude of factors
