Gluten-free, healthy and fiber-rich Pineapple Essence Cranberry Nuts Oatmeal Biscuits made with all-natural ingredients in three minutes of prep
Both cookies use all-natural ingredients. The fiber-rich oats provide sustained energy and increased satiety.
The unsaturated fatty acids in nuts and olive oil are excellent sources of quality energy.

The preparation is very simple:
220g organic oats
80g roasted nuts
Process oats and nuts in a food processor until powdered
20g almond flour
10g each of roasted black and white sesame seeds
150ml pineapple juice
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly
Add 15g of organic extra virgin olive oil
then divide the mixture into two portions
One portion will be for the original flavor
and the other will have added cranberries
Divide each portion into roughly eight equal parts
Bake on the middle rack
at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
for approximately 15 minutes.
