We just need to follow your recipe 😊 I tried it today, and it tastes so great!! I baked it for 17mins as it was getting brown. The exterior is crispy like a cookie while the middle is softer. I might have crushed the walnuts too finely, i couldnt taste the walnut in the cookies. I also added some crushed peanuts since i have extras at home. My cookies cracked beautifully but didnt flatten as much as yours. It's still very tasty❤ i posted the photo on your Facebook post😊 I will reduce the sugar by a bit, add more walnuts and double the recipe the next time to share the cookies to neighbour/friends. 🎉

按照你的配方我做起来,为什么每个都会裂,问题出在哪?
不要过度揉面哦,不然容易出油,导致面团烤后干裂哦。记得烤箱不开旋风,开旋风火力大,太高温也容易开裂
