Hello Wendy, I'm a fan of your channel! I love how your recipe videos always have great tips based on the experiments you did by tweaking the recipe. We just need to follow your recipe 😊
I tried it today, and it tastes so great!! I baked it for 17mins as it was getting brown. The exterior is crispy like a cookie while the middle is softer. I might have crushed the walnuts too finely, i couldnt taste the walnut in the cookies. I also added some crushed peanuts since i have extras at home. My cookies cracked beautifully but didnt flatten as much as yours. It's still very tasty❤ i posted the photo on your Facebook post😊
I will reduce the sugar by a bit, add more walnuts and double the recipe the next time to share the cookies to neighbour/friends. 🎉

不要过度揉面哦，不然容易出油，导致面团烤后干裂哦。记得烤箱不开旋风，开旋风火力大，太高温也容易开裂
