as you know i recently talked about sata 3 interface in HP 245 g7
but then I started looking for some solution after visiting many shops for getting information about interfaces some shopkeeper told me that

if you have an nvme SSD port then you can try for nvme SSD
then I ordered WD blue SSD with 500 gb storage (which is far more than given in instruction manual)
and then I inserted it by myself and installed a fresh windows 10 on my new SSD
and friends I m telling this it is far better then before
you don't need many upgrades to your system just install a SSD and see by yourself
now
performance is boosted
least boot time
faster processing time
its a time-saving deal
you must install an SSD in your system

I don't think so... But you can try bcz their is only 256gb is written on mannual but i installed 512 gb you can go for it but maybe i can be wrong about this

If computes has nvme slot then you can use 1tb hdd and ssd both at same time

hey, if my HP 245 G7 came with SSD 256 GB, will I be able to add another HDD SATA 2.5? I don't know if my SSD is m.2 or 2.5. I'm hoping mine is m.2 so that the available SATA 2.5 inch will be available for inserting HDD.
But depend on whats inside if nvme then good to add up an Hdd

Then adjust booting sequence and took nvme ssd at top as boot then restart

You can use m.2 either sata or nvme buy according to your budget
