From $6K to $73K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

Just sold a property in Alaska and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe but Is this a time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.

I think it's cool that you made a video explaining why you were fired, but you dont owe us shit. You dont have to explain yourself to us, I hope you know that. I started my pressure washing/gutter cleaning business just this year in May. It has been a complete roller coaster. Lot's of highs and lot's of lows. My point is you gave me/us so much good advice that allowed me to learn and gain valuable knowledge. I learned a lot of things the hard way but you helped me out more than you know. THANK YOU BRETT.

Somebody did NOT like that you were making more money than them. You were on track to make more money AND have more power in the company. Somebody didn't want this to happen. All this plus they could keep your commissions. That's why you were fired...

@ellismedavoy7314 Companies like that make campaign contributions to Civil Court Judges re-election campaigns regularly. Often times by actual company checks, not online. So that the business owner can deliver the check, in the company name, and make a "handshake". Lots of times that happens in the same section of the Astros, or Cowboys season ticket seats.

What I think might have happened is that you were hired and they had more business than they could handle with the hurricane. Probably thought they would have gotten all the business they needed without you. Your commissions might have been getting so high you were going to make more than the people above you. Two months is not enough time and you actually hit the ground running. This is very hard to find with new employees nowadays. You really have taken all this really well. You have a great attitude and you are going to be just fine. We need more people like you.

I'd suggest contacting an employment attorney to find out if you have any recourse against the company. That might include paying more or all of your relocation expenses (depending on if the company paid or didn't pay them) and whether you have grounds for a wrongful termination lawsuit based on your relocation, which benefited the company far more than you... and then left you hanging.
You should also ask the lawyer if they're willing to accept you on as a client contingent on them getting paid only if they win your case... assuming your case has enough merit to turn it into a lawsuit.

Not sure the how big or the structure of the company you were working for, but maybe the guys “At the top” felt threatened….. that you were TOO MOTIVATED, and knew it was a matter of time…. That you might be taking THEIR JOB/JOBS sometimes that can happen if you are a hard worker, highly motivated…. And if you come on too strong too fast at a company…. Instead of seeing your good qualities they look at you as a “know it all” and they see you as a threat…. That you will possibly take their job…. But either way…. I know you’re gonna be alright and eventually will TAKE OFF 🚀 with SOMETHING…. A job… or maybe your own thing… Good luck bro!!

it takes a year or better to properly adjust and grasp the scope of a professional job position with a new to you organization. that being said its a huge transition to get into a new field. if nothing else a person has to have knowledge of local codes. these are just my thoughts. now i would not be surprised if you were terminated just cause they did not like the way you dressed or something just as stupid. if the position is really viable they probably brought in someone's family member or friend.

I'm surprised they even gave him such a detailed termination letter. I recall many people in my work career receive a short letter that goes something like this, "Thank you for your contributions at company xyz, but we have elected not to continue employment past your probation period. We wish you much success in your future career endeavors."
