I know Destiny a lot from other videos and channels like Sargon or Adam & Sitch. Destiny is a very intellectual and competent debater, using quick wording and fallacies in someone's argument to contradict them and bring the structure of their arguments into question. This works very well against people not very good at debate-style conversations or those who have weak arguments and appeal more to their party's interests rather than what is right or wrong. This doesn't work against those who can 100% defend their subject matter and give firm, steady arguments to portray their positions in a proper light. It certainly helps in a setting like this where the mic is transferred back and forth after questions and statements to keep Destiny from trying to talk over people. I disagree with Destiny in a LOT of ways, but I can respect him and enjoy hearing his side of conversations/debates with both left and right leaning people. That and I love it when he demolishes Vaush, but then again that's not a difficult matter, lol.

Not really, I usually just find that he tries to talk over people, cut them off, insult, etc. He is a pseudointellectual, he gives people the impression of intellect by speaking quick and citing certain data, but it is drenched in confirmation bias where he ignores refuting data or just acts incredulous when it is brought up. I wouldn't exactly call him a good debater, like look at when he went on Jordan Peterson's podcast, immediately apparent they are not on the same level whatsoever. Like I'm sorry but if you think affirmative action can work in any case, you're not intellectual, you're just towing the party line, by every measurable standard it doesn't work and is essentially unconstitutional, for example with the Harvard case a black and Asian person could score the exact same on their SATs and the black person would be 95% likely to get in, while the Asian person would be 30% likely. It is robbing from someone who actually deserves the spot to fill an empty diversity quota. Meritocracy is the only thing that works, the best person gets the job period, it is a simple concept that works and just trying to over-intellectualize it doesn't make you smart.
