I just need the single line dailer for mojo will i be fine with just one number as my outbound number i plan to be on the phone 8 hrs a day 6 days of week using my sideline number
@@realestatekyle thanks bro i was little nervous about getting the triple line dailer thinking that will prob put my number in spam and my budget kinda small so you think if i get the triple line dailer my phone number wont go into spam .... ?? From your experience did u notice a decrease in volume far as ppl answering when using one number using the triple line dailer ??
@@realestatekyle what software are you using to change your number every month ?
@@realestatekyle smrtphone never heard of it im a look into it bro what are the pros for smrtphone that make it better than mojodailer in your opinion ?
Is the calling script for a voicemail?
Nah I never leave voicemails unless they have already been converted to a lead.
@@realestatekyle good to know. I have been leaving hundreds of voicemails. I’ll stop doing that haha
When I plug my list the phones aren’t showing up or nothing just the names
Do those people in your list have phone numbers and are you 100% sure you mapped it correctly?
@@realestatekyle yes they have phone numbers and I’m following you step by step but when I get to the mojo fields he only has these options for phone numbers
ATTOMID
RTOWNERID
RTFORECLOSUREID
PARTYOWNER1NAMEFULL
FIRST NAME
LAST NAME
BORROWERNAMEOWNER
And that it
@@soundsbynature3880 I’ve never experienced anything like that. If I had to guess though, sounds like an issue with your data. I’d go look at the file and make sure the column names are correct and try again.
Kyle can you use Google voice , would you recommend?
I wouldn’t recommend. It’s been a long time since I’ve tried that, but I’ve heard Google has reigned it in and the number gets flagged almost immediately now.
@@realestatekyle Decided hold off . Signed up for Mojo. More integrated system
That’s a great autodialer too. I used to use MOJO and had no complaints. 👍🏻
I’m using prop stream to skip trace. Why do I have like 500 contacts and then when it imports it only gives me like 20 numbers that i can actually call ? 😯 anyone else having this problem . I import from proper steam right into mojo
I don’t use Propstream for skip tracing so I can’t help ya there.
@@realestatekyle I’m not a huge fan of it . 😅 paying $97 a month as a beginner and not having gotten a deal yet is way too much money to be spending 🙄 lol
Yea I always recommend people have at least $6000 saved up before they start so they can have enough to consistently market for a few months.
@@realestatekyle definitely have some money saved up for it. Just need to find something else that I think is more effective. Your videos are great btw! Thanks for the quick feedback 🙏🏻

Guys try Tymbl! very simple!!!
will mojo not let you sign up if you don't have a company name?
It’s been forever since I signed up. Don’t think it matters…
@@realestatekyle Thank you for responding. I was asking because it wasn't letting me move forward without typing one in, but I don't have a company name yet and I'm not quite sure what to type in.
@@VerticalVee reach out to them. They have good customer support.
@@realestatekyle thanks for always answering our questions!
Sure thing. It’s one of the most fun parts of making vids.
Very helpful video! One question: how do you select multiple names off the mojo spreadsheet if you want to move them to a different list or group? I only see "Select All" or "Select Page" tab?
@@realestatekyle thank you Kyle
Will mojo show the name of the person you’re calling?
Hi Kyle, is Mojo compatible with overseas(Philippines) VA's for cold calling?
@@realestatekyle Exactly that's my point. I've been talking with the Mojo rep. seems he's not able to figure it out how. I'm getting an error message stating I need to dial the "603" with a pin that shows on my screen every time I did Power Dialer. Can you help me with that?
@@realestatekyle I checked their videos again "How to Login and use Dialer" they mentioned a Hardline phone, VOIP phone, and a Cellphone? And I don't have those in position. How can mojo be doable for me overseas?
@@evelyngultiano6453 I have the same question. The mojo dialer sales team recommended that I use a VOIP that is located in the united states. She recommended ring central, call trail, and buying a skype number. but based on my research, skype's user policies don't allow the use of dialers for telemarketing purposes so i'm really confused now
Use smrtPhone. I switched from CallRail to smrtPhone because CallRail was way too clunky. Go through my link in the description for smrtPhone and you’ll save money too. 👊🏻
@@realestatekyle i spoke with a smrtPhone agent and they told me that they have a personal dialer in their system. Is that what you meant? Or do you mean that I just buy a voip phone number from them? Thanks
Awesome!
@@realestatekyle How about a live deal walkthrough “deal or no deal” or maybe past deals breakdown where you talk about key things and what could of been done better.
How to keep everything organized
How to organize lists before skip tracing
Tips on repair cost estimates
The lifecycle of a lead (how it flows through your process)
Just off the top of my head here..hope this helps 👍🏼
@@Bustama check out a review on my latest 45k rehab breakdown on my page
The thing Im confused about is what on earth do you do if you dial multiple numbers and multiple people answer
Mojo has a system for that. Basically it plays them a “bad connection” message you create, and once you’re off the line, it will call them back.
@@realestatekyle Thanks for letting me know that was one of the few things holding me back from actually getting a dialer. Brilliant!
Sure thing 👊🏻
Hey thanks for the info! by any chance do you know if we can send text messages using Mojo ?
@@realestatekyle Thank you! Appreciate your response :)
@@realestatekyle Hey I clicked on your affiliate link for SmrtPhone but it doesn't tell how much It would for just a phone number
@@realestatekyle I thought, based on what you've said on demo. I will just have to get a phone number from Smrtphone to use it the mojo dialer.Or did I misunderstood? Cause I checked the website and it says Plans & Pricing
for smrtPhone - Cloud Phone System.
@@realestatekyle Helps a lot! Thank you for answering my questions. I get it now. :)
You won't get sued for calling people. At less it is a do not calll number.
I don’t think you can call a residential landline but I’m not sure. Businesses I know you can call all day, not sure about the FTC regs with individual land lines.
Can you text with mojo?
Can you send me your Money Makin Script?
The one dislike lost their mojo.
Hi kyle I'm from Philippines and I would like this Mojo app has free?
Nah unfortunately MOJO is not free. That would be great, lol
that intro is kinda disturbing.
@@realestatekyle i meant your picture 😅. Thanks for the great video btw
