I used MOJO years ago calling a huge prospect investor list. Had that thing set at 4 lines on my 3rd pass thru the list. Works like magic.

I’d recommend Vulcan if you plan on specifically calling FSBO and For rent by owners, i call those same kind of clients and use Vulcan 7
