I’m convinced that all other spiritual modalities of healing are underpined my nervous system capacity. You cannot integrate/alchemise your wounds in a lasting manner if you don’t have the capacity to make lasting change
Quality content. I created a mental “percentage” pie chart to help me learn how to understand the time and place for normal, fight, or flight response. We should ideally be normal 75% of time, calm and healthy. Having goals with low intensity can be fight mode, 15% of time and flight for situational awareness 10% of time.
get your lower thoracic spine adjusted, start sleeping on your back and doing slow breath work throughout the day: will all really help your vagus nerve

I have issues with my Vagus nerve do to my kidney disease and when i have issues i get VERY DEPRESSED
I've seen quite a few exercises out there for stimulating the vagus nerve. Have you had much luck with anything like that?

Sexual abuse mess us up and people sees us as nothing
Probably the worst type of abuse in my opinion. But it can be healed 🙏🏽
People see you as you see yourself. Took me a long time to understand this.
