Question: her hips are wider when she lays on her side thus creating a gap above them. Any suggestions to keep the spine aligned? Thanky
Hi, I have got questions. Does tight glutes cause pelvic floor dysfunction? If I do the glutes bridge will it help to reduce the tightness of the glutes and help to improve pelvic floor function?
My chiropractor suggested sitting on a tennis ball Don't put all your weight on it tho and just in the areas if feels tender until the tenderness lets up It's to break up the tightness Or you can get a tens unit
Also make sure u strengthen them... strength and flexibility are related...the stuff suggested here is also working for me..but u gotta stick with it babe

Help! I have spinal stenosis and the two different surgeries and PT clinics didn’t help. Still having shooting pains and pins needles in the feet. What can I try to help this?
Can immediately feel the relief in my hips and I didn’t even do three sets of each. I can get into bed and lay down without being wincing in pain, so so grateful for this video!
@@toneandtighten I have a lot of back discomfort. I have muscle knots, muscle tension, aches and pains from time to time. I got it three year ago from sitting on two chairs. Your videos are really helping. But I never have enough time to keep exercises regular and do like a 6 week regular training to help my back. :(

I've never had a single exercise that have helped any tight musle I've ever had , stretching doesn't give me any relief ever

I do yoga, I cannot load lower body no more, bc of my back. I do do hahaha and Barre exercise.

L5/S is where the stenosis is bad, so it gives me pain similar to sciatica.
