True North is my absolute favorite Down East Design.
As soon as you say , " It's got a potty , heat & air " It always sells right there . They bring their own food and phone .
This boat needs a pair of COX 300's and maybe Sharrow props.
That would double the cost of the boat!

Meh maybe not COX, they only make 300's and they are significantly heavier than the 300 Suzuki's ... I'd maybe go with OXE 200's. That said the increase in price is EXTREME, one OXE 200 is about double the cost of one of those 300 Suzuki's ... but hey just complete the mo-money package and get Sharrow to put props on it.
Maybe a diesel heater and possibly another fridge drawer or 2. As is she doesn't seem very well outfitted for weeks out. More of a weekender but I believe she could be modified as necessary. She is one of the most beautiful vessels we've seen.
Sure love to see Boat Test doa review of an Aspen Catermeran. Maybe the C100 or C107. I really think the Aspen is something most folks will like. Love to hear Boat Tests' comments. We love Cat. Steve.
I would be curious how the boat would run with the other Suzuki 300 w/dual props. I know it would be better out of the hole and more likely better handling at cruising speed.
How was the glare on the aft slanted windows? She looks nice but I sure notice a difference on our forward facing windows.
She is beautiful we are in the market for a new ocean boat soon. This one is going on the list. We sure would like to see foot switches at the anchor as well, especially at this price point.

Wonder how you would mount and luanch a dingy? I really like how Aspen CAT solved that issues even though it's. abit unsightly. Be great if you can fit an Aspen Carbon CAT dingy on this True North somehow. Yes, I'm an Aspen CAT fan boy but this True North is amazing, I really like the traditional layout verse the Aspen CAT. But there aer many features of the A-CAT I feel are better and no need for a Gyro. When we are ready we'd need to sea trail this one. We did sea triall the Aspen C107 and it was amazing just not sure how well she'd do in the sea state in Southern California.
But we also cruise the San Juans and Canada and Alaska. We sold our boat last year and hope to get another one in a couple years. Thank you Capt. Steve for the best reviews anywhere:-) We really appreciate your time, effort and skill:-)

Do not waste your breath on why it runs less than 40 mph. Those who are worried can't afford it anyway.

About $600,000. Which is ridiculous!
It's a high-end boat and prices have almost doubled in the last few years. I agree, it's steeper than it should be and I talked to them, and it's going up another $75K for 2024.
Not exactly sure why the price is so high but it is inline with others like it. At thee prices a little more gets you a Nordhaven or Korean, used.

Did you not watch the video and listen to the performance review on the engines and why the 300 is BEST for this boat????? I'm sure they would accommodate your wishes if this is in your price range. She isn't meant to be a go-fast boat and that's a GOOD THING!!!!!!!! Planeing at a lower speed is a good thing for cruising and fule mileage.

Why? I do believe you will have a diesel inboard option if you choose. I’m a diesel guy but after having a boat with twin Zuk’s in our last boat I’m pretty sold on outboards, never thought that would be the case. It sure clears up space and you can get the motors out of the water. Plus, now there is room for a Sea Keeper, again another great option if you’ve ever tried it.
Untill you have to work on the Mercruiser .
