Renee, I wish you lived in Houston because I'd be coming to see you. I've had the Wand since mid April and today is the 14th of September and my balance and dizzy problem continue and in fact I get more dizzy each use so today I am putting it into the box and am putting it away Perhaps this problem is not going to get resolved but I do believe in other cases it does. I've attempted to contact various chiropractors who I've listened to and offered a consultation fee but no one responds. Again, wish you were in Houston. And for those reading this, maybe what I have won't be resolved but I do completely believe it helps endless people so buy one and get well.
Do you have vertigo? If so, it can typically be helped by very specific chiro adjustments. There are also head position...you can do that can help the issue.

Question for you... since you say you should only wand your face on the cool setting (which is found on the classic), what setting should I use on the premium? I understand that both of the settings on the premium produce heat, which makes me think I should have bought the classic! Hopefully, I can still use the premium on my face. Please advise! Thank you!
It does not. 1st setting is low "blow" medium heat and the 2nd setting is high"blow" high heat. The heat is part of the treatment. If you want or need it cooler, hold it further away from the body and/or wand over clothes.

Does the $1140 one last longer then the $380 one, me and a friend bought a $380 one and mine quit at 6 months and friends at 11 months ? Both of us mainly used for wanding water , did not do regular suggested wanding or body. I do definitely love the results.

Any professional can use it i.e. massage therapist, Naturapath, Md, OD, DO, Chiro, Acupuncturist...what kind of protection are you looking for? Insurance? None that I know of. If you are uncomfortable, have an attorney draw up a protection and have the person sign it.
This lady is just a sales person as she mentioned she is a distributer. She wont know ins and outs and what it heals and what bad effects it could have. She just wants to sell you the device and only explains the features which anybody holding the device can tell you.

How can you tell if it is working?.. is there a method of testing to the wave frequencies, and if it's continuous or intermittent? Also I see the instruction for use is on reflexology pressure points. Does the units come with reflexology charts, and the best method of using on the wand on these locations?

Hi Catherine. You absolutely CAN USE the device with old fillings. Just don't blow directly over those. You will have the rest of the body plus the water.
how can you say the premium is more powerful that the classic 2 when 1. the wattage is 600-650 2. the 50 hz. is the same on all 3 which is the actual healer, and that you can use it for less time.

You have a one year warranty against manufacturer defect. Contact the person you bought it from for assistance in getting a replacement.

Maybe you should listen to her explanation again. You might have missed it explaining this. It's not all in the total amount of wattage used.
Watts is how much power it uses. So on low heat it will be less watts on hi heat it will be higher watts.
