The Riveras are indeed terrific people and absolutely believe in this Wand. However, I got mine mid April and my balance and dizziness problem are the same and in fact, I get more dizzy using it. There is no one in the US to talk to. I've contacted chiropractors who talk about it and they never respond despite I am willing to pay for a consult. For some unknown reason it doesn't work on me so today, I'm putting it in it's box and putting it away and hoping the MedBeds will be out soon so i can use that For those reading this though, again, the Riveras have been very supportive and perhaps my situation won't get helped but do at least try and do order from them.

I have never left a question and gotten an answer. So first of all, I need to find out where to submit questions. I was just diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my shoulder, and I am wondering whether I should use the cool setting or hot. Can people with a mechanical valve and pacemaker use this?
