When you said you felt CHUNKs coming off your larnex was that literal? I used a different infrared device for MY under-the-chin patch of fat and I too felt like CHUNKS were coming off to a point that I could cough it out ... scared me so I stopped.

This quartz tube is inside the attachment which you screw to the main body. The color you can see tough the holes of the attachment also you can see by taking it out with fingers from attachment. Hope you understand. Some sellers say that only orange tubes are real quartz and only that one works. Please check yours
