Yes! We recommend mounts from G-Zila
I checked their website its $95 a piece for the bracket and thats x2 plus your awning. Its hard pass. Too expensive on my opinion.. unless you give me your awning for free and i will make a video out of it on my channel😉

Any plans to offer a clip-on wall section for the sides (front or back side) in addition to the one already offered for the end? This could help block wind or visibility depending on the situation.

What I got from this is your awning is not a good match for the Frontrunner roof rack I have on my 4Runner. I don't have those mounting blocks you so casually mention just happened to already be there.
These were simple pieces of wood that the customer made himself. If you need help mounting, we always encourage our customers to check out a local overland shop for assistance. We're doing our best to create mounting solutions that work with a wider variety of racks!
Can you do a follow up showing the distance form the roof rack to the top of the awning- what clearance is needed.
I have a careport that is about 7 inches above my car roof and 5 inches abov the roof rack...
This is all very dependent on the kind of rack you have and how you choose to mount it. Crosswing is 5.4 inches top to bottom with some variation depending on what angle you mount it at. Depending on how you mount it, you would only need to add as much as a half inch if mounting directly to t-slots for a total of 6 inches.
It seems like Crosswing would be too tall overall for your existing setup.

This customer made his out of some lumber. We're not saying that is or isn't the best solution, but it seemed to get the job done for him!

Where to get the stand-off blocks from ?
These were made by the customer for a different awning he was replacing. Super simple blocks made out of wood. If you need mounting assistance, check out your local overland shop!
Do you have any videos showing you mounting to the side of a van? I have a fiberglass high top on my van and would like to mount my Kammok Crosswing to the high top.
We don't have any videos of that currently. We would still recommend mounting to a structural rack of some kind as the cantilevered design can put a fair amount of strain on the mount points. I'm sure it's possible to mount to, but you might need some kind of reinforced brackets to ensure that the fiberglass high top doesn't crack.
@@KAMMOKvideo Thanks! I have what is essentially a Fiberine fiberglass high top. I've been instructed by the installer to reinforce with wood on the inside, and it should be okay. I'll report back!!!
