Right now I have to lug three rather heavy poles in order to use my hammock chair, and I have given up on hammock altogether. Often I don't use it because its too much hassle to get it to the place I want to use it (not owning a car and living in a big city).

@@lilricky2515 not sure what legal issues would come up? Several other companies have made and sell actual turtledog style stands. Turtlebug, as we point out in this video, is NOT a turtledog stand. They are very different designs. Turtlebug is actually closer to a free-standing Freedom Stand than it is a turtledog. No intellectual property was infringed upon.

@@deanh1627 with an 11” hammock you can get head end up to 8” lower by using tree straps.
