The Killers are a Las Vegas-based four-piece who formed in 2003, featuring the talents of singer/keyboardist Brandon Flowers, drummer Ronnie Vanucci, guitarist Dave Keuning and bassist Mark Stoermer. what is there in this video not to understand? and what is there not to love? and how can one confuse this with a stalker-obsession song? it clearly says "I remember when you were mine/ Now just to reach you/ Baby, I'd stand in line" so obviously the two were together before the woman became so famous that now everyone had to stand in line to reach her...and the man is living with the version of the girl he used to be in love with, a mannequin of their past, but still wishing for the real girl to come around and return to the life they had together...this is how Tim Burton deals with concepts; creepy on the surface but still hitting home on so many levels. I never get tired of this song and the video.

Hace unos años pude ir a la demostración de arte de Tim burton en México. Nunca imagine poder ir, por que no tengo tantos recursos de darme ese lujo. Al final ahorre y pude ir. Ese dia fue el más feliz de mi vida, me sente en la parte de "teatro" (algo así) y esta cancion se reprodujo tan fuerte. Desde entonces esta canción se volvió mi favorita, y lo seguirá siendo, en general es una grandiosa bandaa.
