Great video...thanks Jimmy. Although I wouldn't call the Coonawarra a Maritime climate. The summers are very, very hot and can be humid. Having lived there I would have loved a cooler summer maritime climate.
Hi Tony, thanks for your message, and I can absolutely understand your querying this from your experiences! For this video I have followed the WSET textbook, which states that it's a "moderate maritime climate". They link the proximity to the southern coast to explain why there is cloud cover at times which moderates the temperature and slows ripening.
Hi - it currently doesn't have a video or short-written question as it likely only accounts for one multiple choice question in the exam. It is very minor for the L3 syllabus (which is sad!)
Hi sir I am currently living in Nepal and I am curious to know about one thing about how can I come to Australia to do wset. Can you please provide all the information regarding this how can I come there at which university I can apply
Jimmy I have questions on the portal: What version of book are you using for the flash cards quizzes and short answer questions Do I need to be a student at one of your schools to use it?
Hi jimmy, thanks for your video! It helps me a lot. One question: on your slide "south australian climates" you just state one time "moderate maritime" - in the other cases it's just "warm, moderate, cool" etc. I Learned in my wset 3 course and in your video, that we should always describe Temperature AND type. In the wset3 book isn't always a full description of macroclimate - can you help me for Australia? Thanks a lot :)
Jimmy uploads, I watch! My goal is to watch all of your current videos here on TH-cam before my exam 🤪
:-) Plenty more videos on my portal too :-)
@@WineWithJimmy that did get me very curious! Where can I find it?
Top notch again Sir! Keep going
Thanks again!
Thanks for doing this! This is super useful for us who is working on getting the WSET pin!
You are welcome!

I imagine Bordeaux is rather hot and humid in the summer. Maybe not Australia hot but yes!
That image is not a stereotype. It is typical. Working in vineyards we see it all the time - usually a buck a doe and a joey.
Thanks
Loving the content!
Hi Jimmy! I got a subscription to the portal. Great work! Will you upload a guide to Chile soon?
Working on it!
Hi...... Thx a lot
No problem 😊
Hi Mr jimmy I am a registered member of your e-learning portal. I can't find the session of Greece any update about that thanks. Rodrick

Hi Chris - no you don't need to be a student of mine, and it's the most recent book update in the UK (2016)
@@WineWithJimmy Perfect. I’m using the 2016. My pay pal doesn’t work on the website.

If the book doesn't state both (and its annoying that it doesn't) then don't worry about it
Good
Thanks
