- Muscle Up Drop Set (120kg 115kg - 110kg 100kg)
Playing around with a Bar Muscle Up Drop Set after a HOOGE back session! Mainly out of boredom :-) But weighing 100kg myself at the moment so the drop set looks a little something like this:
120kg - 2 reps
115kg - 2 reps
110kg - 2 reps
100kg (bodyweight) - 2 reps
As always going to apologise now to any actual gymnasts for my form. NOT a video demo of muscle ups. Do NOT watch for technique pointers, haha! Just for fun :-)

Well, I used to be happy with my body weight reps....
You shouldn't count your body weight as part of the total, just put the extra weight you are lifting when doing pull ups and muscle ups. You have a misleading title

Notice how he grips. I feel like Most people tend to grip more fingers palms. Armwrestlers etc. use the Palm of their hands and wrists for more power, but it feels wrong for most people. This is amazing!

M0beast he is 100% not 85 kg's. I'm 174 cm and was 82kg's when carried the most amount of muscle with around 10% bodyfat. I was nowhere near his size. He probably looks larger IRL.
