    NEXT VIDEO drops next Sunday where we're BACK to the World's Longest Swim series! As always, let us know what you want us to film as we head to Tenerife to play in the performance flume and test kit 🙂

      Hey idea for after you complete your world’s longest swim goal: you could attempt another worlds longest and do world longest barefoot run, to test the human body without shoes. See the science behind that🤷‍♂️ that’ll be super fun to see and see your transition (more science behind that😊)

    That was one fast pullup! Training in MMA, and some of this is golden for me to work into my strength and conditioning.

      Oh very REALLY ARE! Especially due to the explosive nature of what you do brother

    Would love to see that other vlog on the Force x Velocity curve!! One where you break down this (& maybe other sport science concepts you actuallise through your workouts) would be really awesome. Seeing the difference, or lack, between theory & praxis, where you engage with science, where you go slighlty morre 'bro' with it - i'd like that for one!

    Would smaller arms equal faster swim stroke and less fatigue?

    @RossEsgley how does rate of force development relate to the likes of bar speed in the likes of Olympic weightlifting? Also can please vlog that lower body plyometric session? Please and thank you

    On pull ups would doing the heavy slow eccentrics not interfere with the speed work due to the yielding effect?

    Hi Ross what pull up grips do you use? I sometimes find my slipping is my limiting factor for dead hang workouts and wanna work around this. Tried chalk, but is not super effective on smooth bars once hands get sweaty

      @RossEdgley  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Oh just simple wrist straps 😊 and sometimes chalk since I know what you mean about when it gets sweaty
