Eliminating the TSDZ2 squeaking with a little oil

I've done over 3,000 kilometres with the new torque sensor, which has now started to squeak. As the noise was definitely coming from the right side of the middle shaft, I tried to see if a little chain spray would improve the situation.

This video is really helpful. My TSDZ2 is at 2200km and it started to creak right at the same pedal stroke you have in the video. Will try this on my build. Thank you!

Soo. The sprag clutch, it breaks if I pedal hard. Is that normal and the design is under dimensioned or is mine worn or defective? I have the first variant of the motor tsdz2

I checked, the max torque of CSK30P sprag clutch is 130 Nm. If the length of the crank arm is 170mm (=0.17m) then 130Nm/0.17m=765N, i.e. a maximum weight of about 78 kg can be placed on the pedal so as not to overload the sprag clutch. It can be seen that it is very easy to overload it if we ride while standing or if our muscles are stronger than average.
