Thank you. I could have made the video a bit more detailed. I put the original gear back in, I thought the grease on it was enough. Plastics are porous and retain the lubricant quite well, which they slowly release. The new gears should be lubricated with some kind of synthetic-based grease. As e.g. the MOLYKOTE EM-50L. It can be seen in my hand at 6:41, the splined cylinder itself is the metal hub in the blue gear, the freewheel is hanging out of it to the left. I roughened the inside of this splined hub with center punch and glued the freehub with Loctite 638 (hub glue). For gluing, superglue would probably do, but you have to work very quickly with that, otherwise the two things will stick together in the wrong position. The splined hub then needs to be inserted into the blue gear so that the freehub works correctly. There is also a mark on the freewheel, before disassembly you have to note which side of the gear the mark was visible on.

How can I get in contact with you? I have 2 questions about this mid drive motor, the guy who sold it to me, told me to wait until the blue gear is really damaged, but I guess I can fix it before that... Both have advantages. The TSDZ2 has torque sensor, thus the riding experience is very natural. An ideal training partner, the harder you press the pedal, the more assistance it gives. Because of the torque sensor, it is more complicated and more prone to failure. If it's important for you the natural riding experience, the smooth operation, choose it. The BBSHD is a very reliable motor with low maintenance requirement, but a bit too strong for a bike in my opinion. If raw power is important to you, if you want to climb steep hillsides, you can choose the BBSHD, but this performance will require a strong frame and a high-capacity battery. (The more powerful the motor the larger the capacity of the battery is needed so that the battery can withstand the higher current consumption.) I haven't tried the BBSHD yet, but I had a PAS sensor bike , that's why I say torque sensor drive is better. So it is not so easy to decide which choice is best for you.

Thank you! I haven't installed a TSDZ2 with a thumb throttle yet, but I've encountered such a problem before. On one Kugo scooter, the sensor leg was broken in the throttle lever, on one e-bike the wire was broken at the base of the thumb throttle , and on another the connector had a contact fault. The TSDZ2 has pretty good connectors, so maybe the problem won't be there.

At 0:18 you mean the slightly rusty plate to the right of the crown nut? That plate is just to protect the engine from rotation.

@@mcelec7603 yes I thought so, but as the motor tries to rotate it pulls the edge of the plate onto thetube, the bottom bracket housing, possibly putting pressure on the drive shaft. Well in any case you had a rare freak failure of parts

I assume the transport lever on the ink tank is not locked, i.e. it is in the vertical position. On the back of the ink tank, each colour tank has a small ventilation hole. The vent is connected to the tank by a labyrinth. It is possible that this vent is clogged, creating a vacuum in the system and causing the dumper to suck air back. Try sucking the air out of the dumper by opening the ink tank cap. If this works, the vent is blocked.

Please, take off cap of the ink tank when use syringe. 4:20 If you do not remove the cap, the ink may return to the tank due to the vacuum. When I print a lot at a time, I usually take off the caps after printing for a second so that the pressure difference doesn't suck the ink back into the tank.

@@mcelec7603 could you please do a video showing this transport levers? If I understand right there is one for each single tank, but I really cannot find them and if they are closed, you may be right it may create vacuum in the system if clogged. I have used the syringe with open tank caps, sucking air from dampers, but it didn't improve the situation. After that the printer still doesn't hold the ink in the dampers, it goes back suck in the ink tanks. On the 4750 user manual there is nothing about transportation lever. I don't think it has it.
