    Knowledge through poetry, I like it. I took your advice about being able to change habits in just 21 days. I started to shave left handed instead of right. It only took about 15 days for it to become natural, and I still do it now approximately 40 days on because, well, that's how I do it now. I remember stopping smoking almost twenty years ago; I went to China on a business trip and decided I'd use that time to quit. I was away about 8 days and barely thought about cigarettes - another week or so after getting back and I knew that I was an ex smoker. Now I'm thinking what I want to change in my life...and I'll do it. Many thanks.
