    I think the EX without extra option packages is the best deal. It has all the common features people expect like power lift gate, push start with smart key entry and blind spot monitoring without any extra pricey luxury features. EX has more comfortable, durable and economical tires on 18” wheels standard, but you can still get 20” wheels if you really want them if you add the option package.

    Find a telluride S for 35,000 buy it . Unless you want AWD then forget about 35,000. Didn't talk about the manual reclining third row seats . And think headlights and fog lights should be standard on all trims . Got my S AWD for 38,505 delivered . Love it and have had chance to check it out in snow . Very confident driving in snow and ice .

    LEDs should be standard(especially considering the Explorer, Highlander, Durango, Atlas, CX-9, Traverse/Acadia, and forthcoming JGC L have them as standard equipment). Maybe they will add adaptive LEDs to the SX and give the standard LEDs elsewhere in the refresh. I would even take a smaller wheel(can always add better later) in exchange for LEDs!

    I think the EX is the way to go if you can afford it and if you can find one at MSRP. Leather seats, 10.25 in touchscreen, heated and ventilated front row seats, wireless charging, etc. I bought my ‘21 EX AWD at MSRP which was around $41K which I think is still a good value when compared to the competition. I wouldn’t support paying over sticker on any car but paying MSRP for the Telluride I think is still a reasonable deal when considering all that you get.

    If the Sorento comes standard with a third row, I'd like to see a Sport 2-row option for the Telluride. Not the coupe of a joke, but not everyone wants or needs the third row but would like the extra legroom.

    • @stephenhendricks103
      @stephenhendricks103 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The elimination of a third row does not increase legroom in the first and second rows.

    • @PaulHo
      @PaulHo 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@stephenhendricks103 no, but the Telluride already by default has more legroom than the Sorento. I'd love a Defender-style 2-row with a front bench/jump seat option.

    • @stephenhendricks103
      @stephenhendricks103 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@PaulHo If you're comparing the Telluride and Sorento in terms of 1st and 2nd row legroom, the difference is negligible. The two are identical in 1st row legroom (41.4") and in the second row differ by only 0.7" (42.4" vs 41.7"). (Car and Driver stats.) The difference, of course, is in third row legroom (31.4" vs 29.6"). Even so it's worth noting that the Sorento third row offers 2" more than a Toyota Highlander (27.7"). And unlike Toyota's cruel joke claiming the Highlander's third row seats 3 passengers simply because it includes 3 seatbelts, KIA claims the Sorento's 3rd row is a "plus 2" feature.
