Very simple recipe to follow, but the rinsing of the beans part is work oh...😉. I made it for the first time a few weeks ago. Turned out really good. Loved it.🙌🏾

I Googled it. What can be used to substitute yeast. It states that " you can use baking soda and lemon juice" so if the recipe call for 1 teaspoon of yeast, you can use baking soda and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. You will not need to the typical proofing time the dough will begin to rise right way. I am glad you asked this question, because i myself didn't know that. I hope i was able to help you. Good luck. How much is one pack of yeast to a cup. Also i only have instant yeast
Instant yeast is perfect because you don't have to proof it. You can use 4 cups of AP flour and 1 Tbsp of yeast.
