I don't comment often, only because I usually watch while I'm working. I can split the screen and watch while I am typing. I am saying this to say that I truly enjoy your content, Chance. This world just isn't the place you want it to be all the time. It's just nice to escape into my dream of finding and buying a home one day. Your personality makes it that much better alongside the beautiful homes you tour. So, thanks Chance! I appreciate YOU!!🥰
I love the Jasmine II house! I love the kitchen with all of the cabinets and windows, and they saved me time and gave me a pot filler. That pantry has an outlet which depending on the rating, you should be able to put a full-size freezer in there. Nice size guest bathrooms and decent size bedrooms with large windows; pretty good size closets. I love the flooring throughout. I would add a small sink area if possible in the laundry room. Unique primary bedroom and I like the custom closet as it still leaves room to create storage options. That is a huge master bath vanity area. I love the tub. Once again, I’m glad there’s a water closet 😊 I love what they did with the primary shower. I didn’t see a waterfall so I would add one. I figured this house would be around $150/sf
Thanks Chance! I really like the Scott’s Bay house. I love that there’s plenty of windows, space, and cabinets. I love the family room, the size and features of the laundry room-slash-mudroom. The kitchen has a warm, lived in, family feel. If I were the builder/designer I would have double sinks or at least a full size countertop in the jack-n-jill to allow 2 teens/adults plenty of counter space. It would mean sacrificing 1 foot per adjoining room, but anyone who has ever shared a bathroom probably would agree that it would be worth it. 😂 I like the primary closet and bathroom. I would switch up the shower head and have the dual waterfall. I’m glad there’s a water closet.
Now that is any women's dream kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space. This is one of my favorites as for s kitchens go! Although the rest is not bad at all except the price.
Chance?? Your Homes Of 2024 Was Pretty!! Very Well Designed And Affordable!! I Had Some Favorites And Other's Were Not, But They Were Worth Watching!! Thank You!!
To be more affordable on a senior income, knock it down to three bedrooms, reduce the size of two bedrooms, closets in two bedrooms can be smaller, don't put crown molding in every room, judt the main rooms, livingroom, kitchen, dinning room. Love the furnace and water heater in their own closets! For seniors, ask for all doorways to be wider, includingvthe hallway for wheelchair ease!!

I would change color of island cabinet to white and gray and tile to ceiling in master bath . Other than that it's perfect ! Love love love it !! Arches are beautiful love them !
Chance, I can't think of something I don't like. It is a warm home with colors that blend so well. Not affordable, but, so lovely. With all the windows, it would fit so well in the MW.
I absolutely really love the layout of the last place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is that fireplace. I would put a couple more bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love watching your presentations, but would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to show well-designed smaller homes more frequently for senior citizens on retirement incomes. There are SO many baby boomers who feel stuck in what they have, with few affordable prices. Please keep retirees in mind. I love watching your presentations because they are done so well, and so positive, too.
Love this home but there are a few things I would changes is darker flooring, all the kitchen cabinets in the wood finish and take the bench out of the utility room so I could put a freezer in.
I really like the first triple wide. I would have made a home office in the bonus room and because I have my mother in law living with me I would have a walk in shower because she has a hard time getting out of a tub
This is a very nice house for a family of five or less but it’s not a very good place for a couple of seniors to live unless they have a lot of money. I love the fireplace and the fact that it’s not a completely open space. I’m not one for the open concept spaces. But it is a very nice house.
I would like to widen hallways and doorways. I ended up in a wheelchair once and couldn’t get anywhere in our house. I wouldn’t buy a house that wasn’t wheelchair accessible even though I’m not in one now. We’re all aging. That and price are not good for seniors. I do love large closets and pantry combined with so much cabinet space.
Hey, hey, hey it’s not always the woman who’s late. My husband makes us late for everything. I’m sitting my recliner waiting on him while he’s just getting in the shower. I’ve got we’re I tell him we have to somewhere a hour earlier so we will be on time.
I don't like these new showers, where everything is showing. I need some privacy. 😂 I have a bunch of kids, so smokey glass or glass that you can't see through in the shower, would be great. I like the Barndominium, but I don't like the beam with the fireplace that separates the rooms. It's kind of an eye sore for me, but everything else is beautiful. I'd prefer the fireplace in the living room.
Love the family room at the end of the house but I would have that for my girls and their friends (girls are loud) but that one bedroom that does not have its own bathroom I would make it a little bigger and add a small bath with just sink toilet and shower. just because I have all girls and I don't want to hear "Why did the twins get a bathroom and I didnt?!" 😆 Nope just make sure everybody gets a bathroom.
I know right! I’d like to see a great scaled down version with the large master bedroom, closet, and en suite bathroom. three bedrooms at most and really nice kitchen and laundry room made affordable for those whose children are grown.
The house that you just showed I want the phone number and everything for that house I really need that phone number for what the house was and everybody should appreciate that you show houses have a wonderful and blessed day

No change. Nice large beautiful home.

I love the arches! I would add shelving with an arched front panel on each side of the fireplace.

Love that the principal bedroom is on the other side of the house.
Love it: main closet; pantry; kitchen; shower with bench. Arches.

No sink on the island, you have good windows to place it under 😉Master Bedroom perfect
Watching from Savannah Georgia❤
Hope you enjoy the video!
I'm in an electric wheelchair and those cutesy arches are narrowing the access to the hallway...
Love when the garage is under the house
Say what 😮?
I really love the archways. I wouldflip the master bedroom and master bath otherwise the floorplan is great.
Make the bedrooms bigger and put an Electric stove in the kitchen. Love the arches through out. ❤
Commodore my fav looking
It's a beautiful home!
I love everything except the fireplace needs to be REAL 😮
We have that wavy tile in both our showers but it’s a vanilla color with black grout
Love this home but there are a few things I would changes is darker flooring, all the kitchen cabinets in the wood finish and take the bench out of the utility room so I could put a freezer in.
Amazing laundry room
That family room could be a in-law suite with a shared laundry that they could enter from. The only thing I would change is adding a large porch.
,, enities, like it house 🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡,,,,,,,,,, from me in Jamaica 🇯🇲
I really like the first triple wide. I would have made a home office in the bonus room and because I have my mother in law living with me I would have a walk in shower because she has a hard time getting out of a tub
For the first house, I love the archways…oh , Chance, yes my car needs gas…😂
😂

Like the second home...wonder the prices if you're not going to show 2 bed.1.5 bath .thanks
Really nice.
Pro = master suite area
Con = too big
My second home had arches I really don’t like them but I’m sure it can be changed if I wanted to buy one
Hi Jamie sanchez from Atlanta GA liven in Griffin GA ❤❤
Needs better shelves and the dinning table also needs a light over it like the one over the island, change tub in the in law suit to walk in shower
I'd like to see a soaking tub in the master

Last one also a fav except window in shower boooo. Master closet in the bathroom boooo but nice closet
Otherwise great house

The first house needs more lighting in the bedrooms
Yet another house with “ everything”.

How much are those houses could you send different prices of them. Thank you
Wheelchair accessible shower
Needs a door and more lights
Need a 3 bedroom 2 full baths
Need lights above the mirrors n the bathroom...
Beautiful home just to big for me be disabled
Fishbowl living
Closets have shelves, not racks.
Pocket doors
Not affordable for Senior Income
I know right! I’d like to see a great scaled down version with the large master bedroom, closet, and en suite bathroom. three bedrooms at most and really nice kitchen and laundry room made affordable for those whose children are grown.
True
@@whatsamatteryou791you’re right!
Love this home but does not fit in my budget...
you should try to keep your hand from showing in the videos, other than that I really enjoy your videos.
Nobody can afford mobile homes anymore...pity!!
The in law suit
The house that you just showed I want the phone number and everything for that house I really need that phone number for what the house was and everybody should appreciate that you show houses have a wonderful and blessed day
Check out the description for links to all of the homes.
never been affordable at all.... geesh
It doesn't make any sense to have the dining room in front of the doors.👎 I think it's called The "storage " is a pantry .😮
Out of price range a few years ago. Now worse. Fixed income. Can't ever get loan due to monthly income. 🤬👹
Fireplace, just don’t like it.
it has 2 lazy susans
