When I want to be clean and clear, the NPC is Off. But when I want to be "Loud, Messy and Obnoxious" I turn it on. I'm sorry I did not make that easier to understand. Take care Scott, 73

It's a shame that they put a feature like that on the radio that does nothing to improve it or make any beneficial change.
I just wanted to show what it actually does and try to educate a few. It's all in fun on the radio, but it seriously doesn't help you any by turning it on. 73

I've never turn mine on you said leave it off so I have😅 I run a Rm203p I didn't think it would like it too much. But it's a great radio got all the features that I want I've got the quad 6 an the new quad 5 and a Lincoln 2 + I hate the receive on that radio. but the Aries is my favorite 73 great video.
All are good radios. Some better than others.
Of course that is left up to the user to make the final decision on what is best for them.

I'll get into this with my friend and let you know the outcome.. he is just settling into his new house and will be back up and running soon..
I have a feeling from the testing we did that this is the problem he was having..
