    This post workout relaxation technique will allow you to fully rest and recover after exercise, by stimulating your subconscious mind with deep affirmations and suggestions for anabolic muscle growth, healthy cell repair, positive hormone release, and overall increases in your size, strength, energy and power.
    Ideally suitable for listening after your gym workout for when you want to release toxins, let go of all tension, and allow both your physical and mental self to rebuild completely for your next training session.
    This session ends with the choice to either drift off calmly into a deep bedtime sleep, or to come back to fully conscious alertness and activity.
    Do not listen to this recording whilst driving or operating machinery.
    This recording is in no way a replacement for any prescribed medication; nor is it intended to contraindicate or supersede any medically diagnosed conditions.

    You've literally thought of everything. How do you do it. This is such a specific meditation and as I typed in the words in my search bar, I wasn't expecting to find results. Let alone from one of my favorite meditation channels. So grateful for your work. Thank you.

    Michael this is unique on TH-cam. I have always looked for something like this. Not only is it unique though, it is of unparalleled quality and I appreciate the effort you put into this. Please do similar for bodybuilding etc. Thank you

      Ron Burgundy Cheers, I basically created this one, and the part 1 of this, to cover bodybuilding as well. The suggestions are the same. Or you can visualise your specific goals as you listen, and this will be reinforced. Best wishes.

    It's been a long time since I had a sleep so peaceful and rejuvenating. The suggestions combined with cut-outs really allowed me to let go, and visualize/feel while I drifted.
    Great video. I would have preferred not having to manually stop the video after the first stage, but it didn't wake me up too much that I was unable to get back to where I was.
