      Michael,
      I love your channel. Many of your videos have helped me with my anxiety and falling asleep. But I need advice. My father passed recently and unexpectedly, and it has shaken my family to pieces. Now I find myself in constant fear and worry that my mom will pass soon. She doesn’t have the health problems that he did, but my anxiety is always there making me worry about it. Do you have a video you could recommend for me? If not, maybe this would be inspiration for a future recording. Thank you so much. -Lane

    I have been using this hypnosis consistently throughout my 6 months training to pass the exam of French professional firefighter and I firmly believe I passed successfully thanks to you. The goal was huge, as was the change it brought into my life of former artistic project coordinator who just went running a few times a week at the time...     I suffered a serious fall (broken ankle/torn rotator cuff) at the Gym which required multiple surgeries and rehabilitation. I felt the awfulness of this accident as I wandered lonely as a cloud that floats on high o’er vale’s and hills. My thoughts were low. My darling husband and doctors assured me that I would be okay and helped to ameliorate my conditions. With the deep power of joy I saw into the life of things again, and my weary wings rose. Today, I am back on my feet but not without residual effects. My goal is to walk 5 miles a day and I believe with assiduous attention to my recovery needs your video will assist in abating some if not all those effects. With humble gratitude and appreciation for your videos...Thank you! Good things always, from New York.

    I've listened to you so much that anytime I play one of your recordings I forget to listen, though I try. You've become such common place for me that I keep subconsciously fading you out. But just the sound of your voice brings me comfort, your voice defines only positive, good things. And that by itself is amazing to have in life.

    I am right at the year mark of almost dying. It has been the most trying time of my life. When I came home from the hospital after being on life support I couldn't sleep I found these videos and they changed my life. I am only in my 30s and a normal healthy women. So this was a shock to everyone including my 16 year old son who almost watched me die. These videos helped me get my life back. Thank you Michael you helped save me!

    I’ve been rehabilitating my body from previous illness in the gym for a long while, but due to still healing from that experience, I still struggle in the gym and I struggle to put on the amount of muscle I feel like I should given the work I put in. I’ve got my food tracking down for awhile, so, I am not only extremely thankful for this video I am SO ready for it 🤍

    Hey Michael, just a humble suggestion (as someone who's been a subscriber to your channel for 5 years & counting 🎉✨):
    Is it possible for you to switch back to the older font styles in your video's title thumbnails (the Non-Bold ones - eg. Like the ones on your videos about 'Detachment from Overthinking' & other 'Anxiety/Floating relaxation' related videos)?
    P.S. The bold font does suit this particular video thumbnail very well tho. A beautiful exception. 💜👏
    I say this only because, aside from being the only no-nonsense meditation & hypnosis channel on youtube, your's is also one of the most aesthetically pleasing fonts & original photography I've come across on any meditation-based channel. Even before I tune into your voice, those galaxy/star cluster photos, beach footage & above-mentioned fonts calm me down to a significant extent, amongst other aspects. ❤

    Hey Michael, it is my sincerest opinion that you are the best channel on youtube for guided meditation and hypnosis.
    I wish to make two requests, one for my mother who is deaf and one for myself. I would be deeply appreciative if you made another video for the hard of hearing, my mother loves it and there is literally nothing else like ti readily available online. You have filled a niche and it's a huge service to those who can't hear.
    Now for my selfish request. As you are the absolute best at these inductions I wonder if you'd be willing to make more like it but with a shorter time frame (say 20-30 minutes). I only ask for this because I can't ever seem to fall asleep while someone is directly talking to me and investing an hour before bedtime seems like quite an ordeal - but as I say, you're my favourite voice/script/method/person to follow, you really have a knack for this, so I humbly request a video along this timeline - but if I had the privilege of choosing I'd rather my mum got another excellent video like your last one.
    I admire you Michael, and deeply appreciate what you do, I genuinely hope that I haven't come across as rude or as a choosing beggar.

    I love this but my parents always interrupt me when I'm meditating and when I lock my door they yell at me 😭😭😭

    Thank u for your channel, Michael it's very soothing😊. I've struggled a lot with anxiety during any type of public performances, especially those related to whatever I've created like talks 🤓or music🎶😢. I stopped playing because I couldn't cope with the physical symptoms of my anxiety and my hands would tremble a lot, but now I feel like it's haunting me a lot, not to be able to stand in front of everybody to do what I love the most, and I want to be able to do it again without shame. Do you think this one could help with performing arts? I think my issue has something to do with self criticism due to some very toxic thoughts about myself... I'll try this meditation meanwhile, I czn already feel myself relaxing 🙌🌃😴🥰🤗 *sleeps imme diately

    Lying on the couch is unlikely to be motivated. On the couch you need to watch relaxing videos in order to relax to play sports with renewed vigor !!! It works!!!

    I struggle on listening hypnosis for 31 days, I quit early... Will this help me?
