The Raw Vs Smackdown games were some of the best games I ever played when I was younger, there hasn’t been a WWE game since I could play for hours and hours endlessly.
Seeing Sabu performed his "triple jump moonsault" was really cool in a WWE game. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be able to see that in the WWE 2K series.

And I love it. It’s a self solving problem because you don’t need to worry about getting the face scans correct or scanning the tattoos etc. And now anyone can be in your game because there’s an almost infinite number of possibilities to create anyone.

Yeah all these years of playing wwe games, i never paid much attention to the taunt, attire etc leftovers from past wrestlers in the game until hearing it from Sabu
I remember THQ spoke about this on a Q+A on their message board. WWE had them take RVD out of the game after his arrest and release. They wanted Sabu taken out also as he was released. His character was tied in coding with a story mode or unlockable or something and would've taken a lot to remove him completely. They had to sign him to a deal individually to keep him in since it was past some deadline they have for guys to be under contract at the time of the roster completion. Most guys get between $5,000 (NXT) - $50,000 (top stars) for the games. They offered Sabu $50,000. He wanted $100,000 and they came to the $90,000 agreement.
So the real reason rvd isn't in svr 2008 because he got arrested and release or what is the reason rvd isn't in the game. That weird sabu left before him and he is still in the game
I remember when I made a full on storyline with Sabu facing Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Taker ended up winning, but Sabu eventually beat Taker to win the World Heavyweight championship. Good times

I believe the parts he's talking about were in SVR 2007 and SVR 2009, in 2007 they probably had parts in Create a Wrestler mode that resemble Sabu so you can create him (I remember there being several decent formulas that allow you to create a good Sabu, I wonder if the two-tone pants glitch was intentional then) and in SVR 2009 there was left-over entrance from 2008 as well as some moves.
The Action Figure they mention which remember back when Classic Superstars Series 10 was Released, was almost impossible to find as went to numerous Toy Stores in search for it which finally came across it in a box that wasn't even open nor on the floor of a Toys "R"us store. At first thought it was only 1 per case as it's VHTF but actually turned out to be 2 per case, so with that being said purchased them both then years after that met the ECW Legend!!
I want to see the Sandman again I remember his entrance in the PS2 version was coming from the stage entrance then I played the PS3 version and he was coming out from the crowd door like the Shield did later on it looks so cool.

A "likeness" is defined as "visual image of the person" in nearly all legal standards, so someone can't sell or forfeit their likeness because it is attached to who they are as a human being.
