At the first ROMP Festival in 2004, Tim O'Brien performs in Owensboro, Kentucky, joined by Stuart Duncan, Bryan Sutton, and Dennis Crouch. Produced by the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, ROMP Festival takes place in June with over 25,000 attendees annually.
