- The visitor of the day! Initially planned to come the same day of the Tu-154, it has been postponed to today and I still could see it! :) This is my second time filming a Yak-40! And this one is very cute! :3

Unbelievable that such a pattern still flies today. I saw it as a child here in Kiel/Germany in 1972 and thought, it was a big plane from the point of view of a 6 year old. But really great and interesting shot.

Absolutely love this plane. Just not its range.
Shout out to the world's only straight wing commercial jet. Flying at 340 mph, that makes it one of the slowest jets too. That's probably why it has straight wings or vice versa!
