You don’t need a CAI on a gen2 Raptor. Only thing worth doing is a quality tune (trans included) - the crank/guts are forged- they can handle the extra power (as can the trans) a tune alone nets 50 to nearly 100hp to the wheels & cleaning up the shifting. After that yeah you can get more aggressive on a fuel blend & need to get bigger fuel pump, after that you can add bigger turbos & downpipes/adapters, after that if you really wanna get nuts punch the 3.5 to a 4.2....but truth is a tuned gen2 Raptor is nipping at the heels of a TRX on the street- & tuned or bone stock beats the snot outta it offroad- the TRX suspension can’t handle the power/chassis. I’m very curious whether Ford will drop the GT sized turbos on the next gen3 “base” Raptor- if yes? Give me that all day every day w/ the 37”s over a 5.2 SC’d Raptor R
Not sure if this is a question or a comment. The marketing info on the after market filters claims they offer more filtration than stock. We have no reason to not believe them.
@@Duramaxtuner Especially when you are getting paid to push their bs. K&N told my the stock 2016 F150 2.7 air filter was restricting my engine to 325 hp. I asked them how do the stock 2016 F150 5.0 make 360 hp with the same filter. They never returned my email. I wonder why?

Hey Anthony responded to an email I sent out this week...pretty cool to put a face to the name! thanks for the help
How would the engine and trans handle towing 8000 to 9000 lbs at those power levels? I want a tuned ford expedition max.
You're nearing the GVWR, so you'd have to monitor engine trans temps closely.
The stock air filter clean air better than after market filters.
