I thought you'd like a look at this very slick 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air Sedan. It is an older restoration, but it's holding up really well. The paint is slick, the trim looks great, and the interior has been full redone as well. Under the hood, is a reliable small block V8 with a 4 BBL carb and headers. This is a really nice family cruiser for sure. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching!

Genre: Blues
Length: 3:15
Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
Tempo: 90
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to electric piano. 011

I like the 54 Bel airs The color does look good on it This would make a nice old car for a Family project It wouldn't be much to clean up the engine bay
What a cool ride!
Man the 1954 Chevy bel air my dream car
love it so much and the wheels too
nice my grandpa had one of those sitting out in his back yard.
I'd drive that every day
Ah! Ok. Not bad. I wasn't expecting a digital instrument panel. When it comes to old cars, I'm rather old-school.
Glad you like it. Thanks for taking a look! Hope you get yourself one someday.
Thanks for taking a look Ken!
Thanks for checking it out Matt!
Yeah, that color really fits the car. Thanks for checking it out Racer!
I agree, most of the hard work has been done. A little paint and clean up under the hood and it would be good to go. Thanks for taking a look!
Yeah, some of those early automatics weren't too strong. A stick is more fun anyway. Thanks for taking a look at this one George!
Thanks for stopping by to check it out!
what a beauty. the gauge is perfect. i'd love something custom built in like that.
YES IVE BEEN ASKING FOR A 1954 BELAIR FOR LIKE A YEAR NOW!!! glad you found one :) try and look for an original one thou :) not really a fan of hot rods :( great find thou!
Damn sweet car
That interior looks awesome..what a hell of a resto! CJ
It does look like it would be a great driver. Thanks for checking it out!
That small block looks like it belongs in the engine bay. It looks like it has been a daily driver, after re-storing. I would love to drive it. Thanks for showing it to us.
It's definitely a good looking car. It would be a fun cruiser.
Thanks for checking it out!
nice! man I saw one just like that sitting at a burger joint in town last night.. same color.. you're right.. the color just fits!
Thanks for watching Jos!
Nice work as useall Jeff !
Some nice upgrades for a original looking car Jeff.
Great looking car, except the color :D
I'm honestly not a big fan of digital gauges either. At least these fit the dash really well though.
1954 was the first year for the LT1 motors.
The Chevy Bel Air, in Canada, was also called a Pontiac Laurentian, just a rebadged Chevy and not a U.S Pontiac.
I Just got a 54' 210 for my first car, she's a work in progress though....
Holding up well!
Thanks for watching!
I don't mind digital gauges if the rest of the car has been digitized as well.
How did they get the v8 in there without trimming the firewall braces?
That car has a bigger engine bay then a powerstroke!
Anything you want will fit ...
It's a hot rod...they put a V8 in it.
Nice looking car. I thought Chevrolets didn't have V8 engines powering them. It wasn't until 1955 that Chevy cars were powered by V8 engine.
Yeah, you are correct about the V8. 1955 was first year for the Bel Air to have a V8 option, a 265 cid. I didn't see where/if it said in the video, but I would guess that the motor in this car was probably a '70s vintage 350.
@@willhorting5317 If this one had a V8 engine under its hood, it's possible.
@@jasoncarpp7742 yeah
They spent all that money on the car and then you pop the hood and it's a pile of junk ..
Who in the hell would do something like that?
There’s a TV series “Timeless” that’s adventures with a time machine. It’s a lot better than “Time Tunnel” and MOST of the cars are correct. There is a “factory sponsored Nascar 1954 Chevy” that quite obviously has a V8 racing at Darlington in 1955.
I can’t find any confirmation but this sounds like something the GM Skunkworks would have done. And the rest of the series is pretty particular about accuracy.
Yeah, it wouldn't take much to clean up the engine bay. It should make somebody a real nice driver.
Too bad Chevy didn't come out with the 265 around 1950. It would have given them more of a head start.
I didn't like the gauge swap.
why a digital dash board WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????? its not original but good car anyways thanks for shooting the car
I agree with you Justin. I don’t like the v8 at all, I’m an original engine guy.
Thanks for checking it out!
